The club sub I ordered was an absolute disaster. It was so wet and soggy it completely fell apart, and the bread was awful. This wasn’t a sub — it was a mess. What a waste of money. I should’ve gone to Publix where they know how to make a proper sub. Instead, I got stuck with this pathetic excuse for a sandwich that ruined my evening. I will never eat here again! I recommend nothing from this location.

It's not like it use to be service service has turned bad, food It's still god but my wife ordered a small turkey sandwich and it's was les than 3 inches that's insane better places out there that a shame that a place that I liked It's like that

I got the Hook and Ladder sandwich. I got it because my name starts with the letter M.
This was the promo they were running that week. The service was great. The manager and staff were very kind and friendly to everyone who came in. The sandwich was great. It's hard to beat the Hook and Ladder for flavor. Overall, I highly recommend the Bartow store. They seem to really care about the customers who come in.
