I got the Hook and Ladder sandwich. I got it because my name starts with the letter M.
This was the promo they were running that week. The service was great. The manager and staff were very kind and friendly to everyone who came in. The sandwich was great. It's hard to beat the Hook and Ladder for flavor. Overall, I highly recommend the Bartow store. They seem to really care about the customers who come in.
