The employees working today at the Bartow, FL location were great. Very friendly and attentive. They treated me like they wanted me there and were happy. Food was great and restaurant was clean. Arriel took care of us and shes a wonderful person. Didnt rush us and made sure we had everything we needed.

Woman with the pink hair had a terrible attitude towards customers. And even other staff. Incredibly rude and dismissive. Ignored my concerns about an order and when it was brought out my food was incredibly cold. 1 star for me only bc environment was clean.

Did the drive-thru thing for breakfast it was good can you get rewards for the fetch software for some reason 😁
My go to place for a quick breakfast.
Bacon egg cheese biscuit was on point. Very fresh food.
Sat and waited 20 minutes for a steak biscuit. The people were nice enough about it, but clearly understaffed and in no hurry to serve guests.
