This was our first time eating at Hardee's in ages and it was honestly a mixed experience. The wait was extremely long, and it seemed like the manager wasn’t focused—he was outside talking and had to be called over for a question from the staff. It was frustrating to see that, especially with the food waiting. By the time our order was ready, it was only semi-warm since most of it sat while waiting for one last item. They did throw in a free cinnamon roll.
On the plus side, the staff we interacted with were friendly and polite. The fries were bland and without seasoning, which was a letdown. We might give it another try, but we’re hoping for faster service and hotter food next time.

Tereca is very helpful and goes above. She's professional and I appreciate that she has great customer service. The food is nit so good. I ordered the 5.99 bag and the burger tastes off..not a good quality of beef (yuck). Everything was hot and fresh overall!

We just came thru the drive thru and Amanda did a great job making sure we had every option available to use as we requested menu items. The food came out fast and accurate and hot and tasty. Hopefully you guys get Amanda the next time u go thru Barrow Hardee's drive thru

I just came through the drive thru and ordered a #2, + two sausage egg biscuits (2 for $5), + two apple pies/turnovers but when I got to the window I was told, very rudely and with a ton of attitude that I ordered a #4 with two sausage/egg biscuits and the turnovers. The window associate and the manager swore I ordered the omelet and made a huge deal over a miscommunication, which I admitted to either having misspoke or her mishearing. I was then told AGAIN, multiple times, that I ordered a #4. After receiving my food, i double checked the order, unfortunately my biscuit only had cheese and bacon (no egg). Lastly, to top it all off, I passed off the turnovers to my roommate, who said the apple turnovers were cold, hard, and tasted like they were made yesterday. I will never come to this Hardee's ever again. Horrible service and terrible attitudes.. I would not recommend eating at this location. If I could leave 0 stars I would have.
