I just came through the drive thru and ordered a #2, + two sausage egg biscuits (2 for $5), + two apple pies/turnovers but when I got to the window I was told, very rudely and with a ton of attitude that I ordered a #4 with two sausage/egg biscuits and the turnovers. The window associate and the manager swore I ordered the omelet and made a huge deal over a miscommunication, which I admitted to either having misspoke or her mishearing. I was then told AGAIN, multiple times, that I ordered a #4. After receiving my food, i double checked the order, unfortunately my biscuit only had cheese and bacon (no egg). Lastly, to top it all off, I passed off the turnovers to my roommate, who said the apple turnovers were cold, hard, and tasted like they were made yesterday. I will never come to this Hardee's ever again. Horrible service and terrible attitudes.. I would not recommend eating at this location. If I could leave 0 stars I would have.

The young gentleman named Brent took my order. Pulled up to the window. He was very professional had a smile on his face the whole time and very pleasant to talk to. ????. Hat’s off to you Brent. Will return to this store again

I hate that store because my son almost got kill done there because of a worker they need to close the whole store
Typical Hardee's food, nothing to complain about but the service is horrendous, the employees aren't exactly rude but you can tell they would rather be dead than serve the customers... I would rather cook dog food than deal with lazy entitled people.

hello i go there every morning for breakfast this morning the manager on dutie had a poor attitude the lady took my order charged me for a extra hash brown i told her she over charged me i wanted one then she called for him to come over he then took my phone gave me my refund basically threw my food at me slammed the window i called up there immediately and asked for corporates number he then hung up on me smh the rudeness and poor customer service its pretty sad you start your morning off like this

My name is Byron I ordered breakfast about two weeks ago and had a minor issue I notified Hardee's and Misty manager of the Bartow Fl location called me and apologized right away and asked what could she do to fix the problem. I just advised I would take a meal and she text me up until I received my meal. This was my first experience just moving to the area and based on Misty and the other employees that serviced me today was outstanding people. I'm grateful to these individuals because it all start with the leadership of Misty. I will forever remember her kindness and will be back on the regular. Great food I tried the chicken strips better than the big restaurants I must say. Outstanding location!!!!
