Food isn't great but it's due to staff and atmosphere. Manager seems to always have an attitude and staff always look gloomy. Staff is only as good as they can be under poor management. Won't return to the Bartow location again.

Don't go to the Bartow, fl location.Not sure why it's so hard to make a sandwich correctly. Two days ago I go to get a sandwich and ask for light lettuce, extra extra onions and absolutely no oil or vinegar. Get my food and the lady says she had oil on her gloves and was sorry so I checked and it was full of lettuce and very little onions. Today I ordered and again hardly no onions and I said no tomatos and yes as you would guess there was tomatoes. I'm done, for the price of the food it's not worth it

Gave this place another chance because it’s convenient, but I’ve eaten my last bread sandwich from here. There used to be a lot more meat on the sandwiches when they first opened, now it’s mostly bread. First pic is what I ordered. The others are what I got. Pitiful.

Just had the worst experience at Jimmy John’s ever! I’ve been to this location before with not any problems. Today I placed an order through the app and when we pulled up to pick it up the one person working who was a tall bald guy with tattoos , he was on a smoke break and took his sweet time finishing his cigarette before proceeding to mess up our order. He made a wrap when we ordered a sandwich and loaded it with more jalapeños and sauce with barely any meat. It was impossible to eat neither my husband nor I could finish our half… I’m not one to complain but it felt almost intentional.
