We went though drive thru first their speaker is not working right then we get up to the window and the girl was not very nice all of that could be overlooked if the food was good but it was terrible the chicken was greasy and it was steamed in the box it had no crust just soft skin it is terrible I stop there to get a quick dinner but not again that the second time I've been there the first time I didn't receive part of my order but the food was good this time it was bad I won't be back for a 3rd time

Christie at the window definitely has not been trained in customer service, and the on-site management is not requiring her to give respect to the customers. The company should’ve never put her at the window, and our order suffered from it. We will be going to Wendy’s from now on.

I asked the cashier for 3 breasts for me with Wedges and 2 for my mother and apart from my grandfather 3 different chicken with Cole Slaw and Mashed Potatoes they put me everything wrong, the place is very bad, the manager bad person I do not recommend it to anyone here.

Great place. Of course, we had a coupon! Ate inside. Music was loud at order counter because of speaker placement... did not like that... the music grew on you though! Brenda (cashier named on our receipt) was awesome - even chatted with her some before we left! Quick service, hot food. Been years since getting KFC - super pleased.

I'm from Pasco and have to say this chicken was even better then anything I can find in Pasco. Send your manager to Pasco please!!!!!!
Went in ordered a 3 peice meal with mash patatos at 6:40pm on 26th August an told them I wanted white pices extra crispy waited over 25 minutes got my order and it was all dark meat so instead of fixing the order I got the same one back and was told that how it was rung up I told the cashier 3 times I wanted white meat so I t will be awhile before I go back this is the first time I had a problem so it is not normal.

Bartow KFC is the worst. Very slow, I can put in a online order and still have to wait when I get there, sometimes 30 mins or more. Employees are not friendly. The last time I went the girl called my name, put my order on the counter and walked away. No thank you was said, or if I needed anything else.
