Worst service i've ever had at a k f c. I. Will never return to the KFC.InBartow. I settled for a chicken bowl and got gravy soup. My potatoes were so soupy.I would have eaten it with a spoon. But had to settle with a spork Not a pleasant. Experience. Not to mention They got my son's order Wrong three times. They could not be bothered with helping people at the counter. They just kept walking back and forth Not tending the counter as though there was no one standing there

What a complete joke of a business. Literally laughable. There's no way this place will be open 2 weeks from. Placed a pickup order. Was told it was ready at 900. I waited 27 minutes to get my partial order. 40 percent of the order was missing and was told to wait 7 more minutes.
I immediately grabbed what food they did give me and left.
Food was cold, incorrect and trash. Employees..... Good lord... I would not know where to begin...
Stay away from this location at all cost!

Food quantity was terrible 4 prices of chicken in my famous bowl,fairly any cheese and low amount of potatoes recommend going to a different location then this one.
the cashier was very rude, she told me to speak louder and she looked very unhygienic. she was impatient when my dad was telling me what to say.

Walked in took 5-7 mins before anybody asked to take my order.. nobody was in front of me waiting to order either..so then I waited another ten minutes lady came to counter saying it's gonna be 30 mins for my extra crispy chicken I went ahead and ask for original recipe.. while waiting there I all so witness a lady waiting for at least 20-30 mins for her I think 16 piece bucket cause she was already there waiting when I first came in..she asked for 6 little things of sauces they there they told her she would have to pay extra for sauces...she spent $42.00 for chicken they couldn't give her no sauce...this was my first visit there and my last..the Colonel would roll over in his grave if he knew this kind of BS is going on at one of his restaurants ??????
