i’ve had the best experience at little caesars bartow, pizza hut could NEVER. the managers are so nice and friendly. my order is always ready on time and everything is always hot and ready.

Worst pizza place in all over polk county. Better off getting pizza at 7/11, warmer and the workers aren’t talking and being on their phones the whole time instead of working. Every time I come here they’re talking tell me the wait will be 10 mins and I’m always there 30 mins or more. Don’t come here to waste your time, will have you waiting 30 mins or more for a cold pizza. Worst pizza place, all workers are lazy and don’t work. ALL OF THEM. Unprofessional, y’all could do better.

It's unfortunate that this is the only little Caesars in the area...been going here for years and it just gets worse every year. Fast take out Pizzas are mostly never ready to go, or if you get lucky they look dry and like they been sitting for hours. They tell you sometimes 10 minutes to wait but 5 times I waited closer to 20. Idk if it's the team or the store Management but I really dislike leaving poor reviews but sadly this place just sucks and it's sad cuz they use to be a good pizza place.

The store manager stayed in the bathroom for well over 10 minutes!! Not using the restroom just hanging out in the bathroom per the employees. That’s absolutely disgusting and rude. If you have to use the restroom I don’t suggest you do it here. The manager has zero respect for the customers who want to wash their hands before ordering food. Instead i was told to use another businesses bathroom. Btw i tried using it twice even after my several attempts the manager still refused to vacate the restroom

Little Caesars in Bartow does make good pizza, but staffing has been always an issue. The location is not the best and waiting is the issue. Yes should have ordered ahead but felt 10min wait was reasonable but it ended up 30min. The crazy puffs are good but I recommend getting some sauce to go with them.
First time getting pizza there. Best pizza we had had in a long time. Great topping great price. Quick service
