Had a frustrating experience at this Little Caesars. I waited over 15 minutes just to find out they never took my order correctly in the first place. When I asked about it, the employee (pictured) had a massive attitude and acted like I was the problem. The customer service was terrible. I don’t expect luxury service, but basic courtesy and competence shouldn’t be too much to ask. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

WOW , not so good!! The pizza was mostly bread. Very little sauce or cheese!! It was almost dry !! Will definitely try another place next time . Threw most of it away !! 😔

It’s an all right place if you want them to reject you a couple minutes before closing like 30 or 20 minutes before now the one in Wauchula if they think they have the time to make it, they will make it even if it’s 20 or 25 minutes till closing

Tried Little Caesars again (Hot-N-Ready as usual), and once again, the experience was underwhelming. The pizza was somewhere between warm and room temp, dried out, and three slices were missing cheese on the bottom. There was way too much tomato sauce, which threw off the whole flavor. This is my third time trying Little Caesars, each time at a different location, and it’s consistently been mediocre at best. At this point, I’m done patronizing unless they step it up.

People shop at Little Caesars because it's always ready. Most locations you can go in, get the bread and pizza and be OUT. Not here I'm afraid, they never have anything ready to go. Always a wait. If I have to wait, I'd rather just go to Pizza Hut for the better pizza.

The food is good but the staff was very rude to my wife. Whoever works the night shift should be fired we always have a problem with the night shift crew. The Bartow store will never get my business again. Needless to say we went with Papa John's that night. Like I said food is good but your staff sucks.
Good price but the pizza is not very good. It used to be good but now all you get is mostly bread. Hardly any pizza sauce, cheese, or meet. So I guess I get what I paid for.
