We usually always have good luck when ordering Marco's. Not tonight! I ordered a 12 inch sub and on the app chose only meat and cheese. They screwed it up and added veggies. That wasn't theb worst as I could pick them off. They put Italian dressing or whatever it was and I cang eat that. Sub went un the garbage and we are done with subs there

Shout out to Carlos and his team, Corporate has made some changes to the online ordering and it doesn’t match the orders at the store, I called and spoke to Carlos and he quickly made it right and sent his team with the correct pizza, Bartows Marcos is definitely the best, it’s only a reflection of AMAZING customer service and great management!! I’ll keep ordering maybe just call in the orders until corporate can fix the kinks in the system, please don’t take it out on the store, and just communicate nicely if something goes wrong with your order, let’s remember to be kind and support our local businesses!! 💜

The pizza was great as always! The only reason I gave it a three was because I ordered half pepperoni and half onions and bell peppers but what I received was 2/3 pepperoni and 1/3 onions and bell peppers! Very disappointed as the person paying, i don't eat pork!!

I had a reward for Pi Day, but when I tried to use it, it says not available. Even though it expires the 15th. When I called the store, the guy who answered asked about the coupon and was told that it was a thing but only could be done online and they couldn’t honor in store and then hung up on me. Poor customer service! If one has a coupon it should be honored. Very disappointing and very rude!!

We found out a high school friend works here so, so we had to stop in and see him after 40 something years. We ordered the white sauce chicken pizza for 2, my husband was first meeting my ole high school friend. The pizza was really good. The crust was fresh and the white sauce was just enough to give flavor and the chicken on it was delicious. What a great place to meet and reminisce and have good food. All employees that we came across was very polite and courteous. We will be coming through a few times a year through sport8ng events so we will definitely stop by. Thanks for taking time to chat a little with us Bruce. See ya next time

Ordered online like I've done numerous times. Got the email sayin it was on its way at 6:25 p.m. at 7:25 i called and asked for a refund. Whoever i spoke to on the phone was rude as hell about it all. Last order from me at this location. Lost a loyal customer.
