After patiently waiting with my children for 15-20 minutes inside the establishment, I discovered that five items were missing from my order. Subsequently, there was a disagreement regarding the completeness of the order based on my initial report. The issue was ultimately resolved once I presented my bags and receipt.

I just got out of there I was charged for the wrong meal . Manager clearly doesn’t know how to have a solution for the customer. Her solution was to go back around and order again . She could have parked me and charge the extra how ever she wanted to do . But not go around and order again because she doesn’t have a register in the front . Please train your managers how to solve this easy situations so customers can came back .

I came to the drive-through at around 12:30 AM today. Immediately the lady at the window was incredibly rude. I didn’t know exactly which code I wanted to use on my mobile app so I waited till o got to the window to pay. The lady says to me “ I asked you for a code already” and shook her head and rolled her eyes. I then came up to the window to get my food and the lady at the 2nd window gives me the nastiest look, quickly handed me my food and slammed the window door in my face. My food is cold as well. I never write reviews… But this was a disgusting and terrible experience. It doesn’t cost much just to put a smile on your face and be kind.
Every time I come to this location they also pull you forward and make you wait for the food bad service

I had went through the drive through and they forgot my sandwich i went inside to let them know and see if i can get another one the manager approach to the situation felt like i was begging for something i paid for he did not try to help and was being very passive aggressive it wasnt till i told him the time i order through the did he go to his computer and look it up and told the worker to make me one. Next day i went through the drive through at night thinking it would be better just for them to forget one of my sandwiches and when i went through the drive through a second time they gave me the wrong one idk whats wrong with this McDonald’s but they need to redo they training or something

Y’alls customer service sucks!! I was denied food because the “lobby was closed” the blonde girl with the attitude informed. Although the sign at the door says closes at 11pm and I was standing at the register for 10mins before 10pm. Oh well got Wendy’s instead 👍

Check your food before leaving the drivetru. I should know better. They put onions on my food and used two bottom ends of a bagel and put a sticker on it that says no onions. I haven't been to McDonald's in a few years and I remember why I don't come here.
