Overall only a 2. They don't go by hours posted for meals. Went in on Saturday to get breakfast at 12:53am and they wouldn't serve me breakfast, eventhough their breakfast hours ate from 7am till 1pm on Saturday and Sunday. Therefore I went over to the Broadway Diner and they were happy to serve me breakfast. I'm a regular customer as well. No I probably won't be.

Very good homestyle restaurant. I had the country fried steak. It was very satisfying. I tend to determine the quality of similar restaurants by their country fried steak and this place rates near the top of the list. I will need to go back to try some of their other offerings.

Driving thru Bartow on my way home from Universary of Miami Medical Center. Hungry as can be saw Mike's Grill and stopped. We were very happy with our choice. Food was good. Serve was good. We will be going back

Reserved a rear room for 25 peopleWhen we got there they had allowed other people in there and our reservation was like 45 minutes later.that never apolozied and offered any incentive. Then the food we ordered was tough and cold we have used this restaurant many times this was absolutly unacceptable.

Higher prices than today's norm, but then again who isn't. Food quantity is way more than a person needs. Family loves this place (might have a bit of a wait)
A small town diner feel . Cindy is an awesome server . We got waited on fast & table side salads were ice old and tasty ! I had the county fried steak and I was a real on that they breaded not some frozen block out of the freezer. The baked potato was good as well . Food was hot to the point I had to let it cool down before I ate . Was a pleasant experience for our first time here

Okay, well I would first like to say the food itself is delicious. There have been exceptions but for the most part I always enjoy the food. That said here lately they seam to be counting the French fries or something because I have ordered Mike Burger several times lately and they have me like a total of 9 French fries with the burger which really upset me. I even said something to my waitress this last time and she went back and brought me another 9 fries (seriously) and what's with the older lady (I'm assuming one of the owners) who is ALWAYS on the phone, I mean she is so busy talking on the phone she does not even acknowledge people when they come in or leave (unless it's someone she knows personally) and she is constantly berating the wait staff when she's not on the phone. One day she was berating a waitress when she had just walked in the door for work saying she better have her pants for work. Anyway the food is EXCELLENT but they need to stop it with giving you 9 fries with your burger and if that Lady is one of the owners she needs to put the phone down and acknowledge the people who are coming in to eat at this establishment. Maybe spend a little less time berating the staff and correct her own lapses first because I can handle a waitress that's maybe not in her required uniform but to not even look up or acknowledge me when I come in to eat is beyond rude.
