We were traveling through. The dining room was closed. We went inside and placed our order. He took my first name and phone number. I sat on the bench waiting for my order. After 20 minutes a different person came to the front. He asked if I had been waited on. I told him I had. I said surely my order was ready. He checked. It was. The other person could have let me know.I'm sorry to say the ingredients on the pizza was not good at all. I've never had a bad pizza at pizza hut before.

I ordered online for a pickup, and when I get there, they said they couldn’t put the order thru because they didn’t have pan pizza.. I used all of my points and now that my money got refunded, my points r still gone.. thanks a lot.. Pizza Hut needs to do an audit on all locations to see what’s really happening

Food was made wrong paid 30 dollars for a that was supposed to have extra ingredients and they didn't even put them on the pizza. Won't ever order from them again.

Something's wrong at this pizza hut. Only order the sides because every pizza has a huge pile of grease in the center. The bread sticks and pastas are delicious I order them. 6 orders of bread sticks for 15 bucks on the app.

I cannot begin to explain how upset I am. I ordered my food around 6pm and they decided to call me at 8 55pm to tell me my order was refunded because they ran out of pizza dough. I justxdont get how they are open until 11pm and run out of pizza dough. Lost my business.

Order a 2 pizza's last night at 8:32 and they weren't delivered until almost 10 pm. And both pizza's sucked, one had literally no sauce and was so dry my dog wouldnt even eat it
