I forgot how meh, Pizza hut is. I rarely go out to eat or pick dinner. If we do have pizza it's usually frozen pizza. You know how when things used to tastes to so good as a kid and not it doesn't as an adult. That's is what it felt like with Pizza Hut. They had no special going on when I called. I was at the drive through wait in my order they made pull up past the drive through and no way came out to let me know my Liz was done. I had to drive backwards to the drive through and it was ready. The food was so greasy, the sauce tasted odd. There barely in cheese on the pizza the staff was meh. I got to say no more pizza hit for me.

$28 for Burnt pizza , lady was extremely rude about exchanging it. We also ordered chocolate donut bites and got a chocolate brownie. Lady said she couldn't exchange it cause that is what was on the receipt, but we said that's Not what we ordered. She wouldn't not exchange.

I am so angry that we placed an order, the money was taken out from our account, and then for some reason we were told we don’t have an order because we haven’t paid for it? It was clearly shown that the money was taken out. Then the staff threatened to escort the person out of the restaurant with the cops? We have your names and it is being reported. Disputing the transaction as well. No wonder this place is rated so awful. Management clearly doesn’t understand how to treat their PAYING customers. I never make reviews or complaints, so this is just saying how awful their attitudes were. I hope something gets done about this because no other customers should have to deal with being disrespected while ordering food.
