Cathy was the best server we have ever had at Sonny’s. She was very professional and polite. She was very friendly and was quick with taking our order and making sure we had everything we needed. Several people in our party ordered the all you can eat special, and usually you can never find a server when you need to order more food, but not Cathy. She was on her game and made sure each and every one of us were completely taken care including our drinks. Cathy’s attentiveness and attitude will insure our whole family keeps coming back to the Bartow Sonnys. We live in North Lakeland but will be glad to make the drive to Bartow. Best service we have ever had at a Sonnys.

I sat at the bar and got the all-u-can-eat ribs and sides. Ribs where excellent cooked just right , had the dry rub ribs , green beans , bbq beans and garlic bread. My Server Ryan L. was very nice and she made sure everything was well with my food and got my reorders in a very timely manner. Definitely 5 star customer service.
