Third time ordering Pork Egg Rolls and having to cook them when I get home because the middle wrapping is still raw. This time one of the sides on the outside was raw as well and I even asked for extra crispy because I didn't want to have to cook my takeout. Cheese curds were new so decided to try them. Mostly bread. Husband's ribs were like jerky on the edges.

Great BBQ food at reasonable prices. My five stars do not mean it is the cordon bleu. However, it's equal to or better than the best barbecue I have ever had. It's a family-friendly, slightly noisy informal place. Loved everything. I ordered the pork three ways meal and our server was so hospitable. Less than 5 minutes wait to be seated; they easily accommodated my friend who needed space for her walker.

The past 3 times they have been out of things. 1st time at 430pm you were out of ribs. The next time it was wings. Tonight it was pickles and pulled chicken. The excuse was that you are sending food to winter haven restaurant. I’m not sure why you our supply another restaurant when you are out of stuff
Poor service had to wait forever to get a refill the fries was look warm no ketchup or napkins on the table the server had way to many tables and could not take care of them all . We had to wait forever to get the Alabama sauce that we requested when we order food she never brought the ranch that’s was requested when we ordered the food. Again THE SERVER HAD TO MANY TABELS AND COULD NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE THAY WE DESERVED we had a 128.00 bill we should have received better service .

The Bartow Sonny's is our favorite Sonny's to visit. It's not the closest place we can get barbecue to home but it's worth a little longer drive for what they offer in a better overall dining experience.
The service was great and the food was equally as good with one exception. We had corn nuggets, bbq pork egg rolls and a rib and pork combo (which is a steal at $12 with 2 sides and bread). My pulled pork was a little on the fatty and well done side.
I sure wish they'd bring back the salad bar!
