It’s a hit and miss at this place depending on who makes your drink for sure.. You are charged $1.25 for cold foam that is gone by the time you leave the parking lot, you also ask for extra ice and there is barely ice. They always remake my drinks and this was the second remake because the first one had too much cream. I’m a regular but it does get aggravating when you spend the amount you do to get stuff that isn’t correct. Especially when the place isn’t that busy.

Is this a Club or a Coffeehouse? I've becoming here because it's close to my main office. I used to enjoy Starbucks' atmosphere but this past year or so, that experience has declined tremendously. Music is too loud, and it's less Coffeehouse music and more Club music. You can't even hear the barista call out your name when order is ready. I think you've lost sight of what this place is about.Merchandise is placed out with SALE sign, but it's NOT on sale. You find this out when you bring it to register. Response when questioned, "if it doesn't come up, then it's not a sale item." Then remove the sign!!The service crew does work hard to get the orders out quickly. This sometimes results in waiting to place you order and then waiting for your order. I think you need more people making the orders to move this process during peak hours.The experience has become less and less enjoyable. I may need to reconsider my patronage.

Terrible service. 30 minute wait for a coffee bahh. Breakfast Sandwiches cold. Asked for my money back and went to DD in and out in 5 minutes and they were busy also.

Needs new management waited 45 minutes for coffee. Shawn the manager stands around not doing anything but in the way of other employees. Regional manager was in as well just in the way slowed down the whole process.

Wanted to give a shoutout to Dontae (spelling may be wrong, sorry in advance). Every time I go through the drive-through he is always so pleasant. Always a smile. That says a lot these days. They were out of vanilla for my latte in a past visit and he suggested something else and made sure is was to my liking before I left.Keep your pleasant attitude… it becomes you!!!

everyone there was waiting over 45 minutes for orders they placed way before even arriving! its horrible and under staffed and the workers there are slow and do not care about anyone else or their time! its horrible.

After 25 minutes I found out they lost my order. Fools on me for waiting t expecting an ounce of competence. It was literally the first time in over a decade I stepped foot in a Starbucks, and these guys validated the reason why getting a gift card is a chore rather than a well-meaning gift. Bartow lost a great restaurant for this den of mediocrity.

Blahh ordered the fresh fruit and yogurt. Yuck yogurt tasted rancid and sour the fruit was a spoon full of frozen strawberries buried in the we bottom. The coffee mocha wasn't good either We get better at McDonald's don't know what the hype is about This place but not worth the price .
