Even toasted the sandwiches can be be soggy or cheese unmelted. Have to ask for meat and cheese to be toasted separately from bread. Also have to ask the sauce condiments go on the bread as they smush out if between meat/cheese and veggies.

The employees are nice, the food is good but they skimp on everything. The place is always dirty and they are always out of chips, colas etc. Definitely the worst Subway I have been in. This is not the fault of the employees. It is the fault of the owner.

Worker made me a 31 Cheesy Garlic Steak, refused to put actual cheese on it and said they would charge extra for it, considering I've ordered this sub 20 plus times, worker had silver glasses pink shirt. She was trying to tell me I'm wrong when the picture behind her literally shows cheese sauce and cheese slices on the sandwich, not to mention the app allows you to pick the cheese sauce AND CHEESE SLICE. Pathetic service
Not to mention the oven was off, hey if you're not closed that means you're still open so keep all components on until close. There is no reason to come in and have the oven off when customers can still place orders.

I would attach a picture of a prior orders showing that the app includes both items with no upcharge. After getting home and eating the sub, it really was disappointing the point of the cheese is to hold the meat together and this time the meat was falling out as I ate it due to the lack of cheese and ignorance of the worker has made this an experience which I will not be coming back and I'll let everyone know how bad it was

LMAO. What a nightmare. The touchscreen doesn't show the new sandwiches. Asked for assistance and they told me it is a touchscreen and went silent. Really nice customer service.

Ordered online. The sandwich is supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. Said online it was done. Sandwiches was not made yet. Had to wait 20 more minutes. Rude and not friendly. The whole staff. One girl doing everything. Two fat girls in the back talking and not helping...

9-23-2024 5:15pm. One girl making sandwiches. Not very friendly or maybe frustrated because she was the only person working the counter. You could barely see her eye’s because her hair was in front of them. She made one sandwich for an in person order. Then made an online order sandwich. Threw it together and proceeded to toss it on the back counter. Looked like she was making two more online orders, and I had two people in front me. I walked out and went to another restaurant instead.
I should have looked at the reviews before I walked in there.

Will not go back.

Only person in restaurant waiting to have a sandwich made. Both employees up front clueless & high ( their words). Waited 10 minutes for them to fix one sandwich for the lady in front of me and then the boy started on my sandwich and stopped halfway through to use the bathroom so another person had to take over making my two sandwiches. I was literally in there for almost half an hour and eventually just ended up walking out in the middle of the girl trying to make my sandwiches.. Get it together and clean your restaurant that means your employees and your establishment!!!!

The new dippers are NOT A GOOD IDEA! I know this is a new product, but someone needs to think how much you are putting in the dippers. I had 3 bites and I got nothing but bread..! I know it's not the workers fault. They're doing what they are told to do. Rethink this product please.
