Today ( Feb 2 2024 ) I got the saddest sanwich ever. Ingredients thrown in the midddle instead of evenly spread. Veggies coming out of it, wrapped all around the bun exterior into the wrapper.I imagine this is a reflection of the work conditions the workers are put in.No more entusiasm in presenting something good to the customer.It is difficult to muster this as the new norm.And it was just 7:20 AM ....

All I have to say is thank God for Firehouse subs because Subway has lost touch with reality. The food is not what you order and the bread even when not toasted is still hard and nasty to try and eat.
I never do reviews, but I just had to for this one. I have never walked into a place where I have seen someone just hate their job so bad. The girl who was working on September 6, 2023 at 6 o’clock does not need to be working in a job with customer service involved. Anything we asked her she huffed and puffed like it was the most inconvenient thing. I am sorry you are at work and are asked questions or even just asked to put stuff on our sandwiches that we are PAYING for. We will not back until they get workers who are nice to PAYING customers.

Ordered from the Subway Ap. The barely put any lettuce, tomatoes, onions, black olives or banana peppers in either of the sandwiches. They also "forgot" the salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. (One cannot forget if they know how to follow the orders.)
