Stopping by this gem of a smoothie spot made my Monday more marvelous rather than dreadful. The Frooty Booty with vanilla protein is delightful and I got a large size that got me through my hour drive back home. I loved the unique and homey atmosphere with hand painted decor and educational canvasses for different superfoods and fruits. Not to mention it’s so fresh that the owner made walnut milk for my smoothie right in front of me, which I loved! Will be visiting again soon!!!

What a gem!! We are hooked!! My toddler had a runny nose and cough, Jodi recommended some camu camu powder and POW!! Baby bypassed the fever and had energy!!
I look forward to trying all the nutritious and delicious foods they offer! So far we are hooked on the Peanut Butter Fix Smoothie with Vanilla Powder!! The Pumpkin Buckwheat Waffles with Walnuts, Craisins and maple syrup sent us to the moon & back!!
Prices are very generous and well worth it! You are not only investing in your HEALTH but your tastebuds!!

I met Judy yesterday for the first time, and I feel like I have a new friend and nutrition partner! I had a chocolate-peanut butter-banana smoothie with walnut milk (that was a first for me!) and it was wonderful. Better tasting and better for me than anything else I could have picked up for my 40 minute drive back home.

Owners are soooo friendly. Food is delicious and healthy! They are very knowledgeable and only use the best ingredients. They also make their own walnut milk used as a base in the smoothies. I’ve had the fountain of youth which was delicious. I’m very healthy again and I’ve been there a few times already the owner she’s very friendly.
