Do not use their online ordering system to get your food. I prepaid for my food and when I went to pick it up everyone looked stupid like they don’t know what an online order even is. Watch they also be slow with issuing me a refund

Thank you Star for your Excellent service! We've been to other Taco Bell and have never seen it as clean as this Taco Bell in Bartow, the food quality was perfect and was greeted as we walked in. Staff was awesome!! We got our food in no time thank you Star again for your excellent service.

Waited 25min for our food, guy came in while we were waiting, smelling like weed and it STUNK SOOO BAD and I had orderd a side nacho cheese for extra and to put it on myself, worker said I put it up on the screen wrong. Wanted to argue but I just wanted what I ordered.

If you are ordering doordash or ubereats from here during lunches and you're not tipping your driver, shame on you. This location pushes back online orders like you guys aren't real customers to cater to customers in store and in the drive thru. I say this as a customer sitting here and watching drivers wait. I ordered here and had a couple drivers waiting and they're still waiting while I eat.

On march 9 of 2025 I went to the Taco Bell, I asked for black bean chalupa and they gave wrong order. I had to go inside the store and re-order again the black bean chalupa and I also order a cheese quesadilla, and when I was eating the cheese quesadilla it had a hair in it. Very disgusting 🤮 .they need wear something to cover the hair, to work with food. It’s not sanitary at all. I literally started throwing up . Won’t eat at this place ever again.

One of the BEST experiences I have ever had at a fast food. Everyone there was so sweet and helpful. I order the wrong meal and didn’t wanna seem like I was ‘Karen’ or complaining but they made things right and went over and beyond. Very sweet night staff!

The app gave me difficulty and ordered my reward to a complete other store when it's supposed to follow your location so a mishap does not occur the other location said they could not help and I lost the reward I earned the manager of the Van fleet Taco Bell ms.jane stepped up seized the opportunity to change a once disappointing outcome and made it a complete 360 she truly went above and beyond for me this store truly is the embodiment of going the extra mile when it's not even necessary they really do care thank you Ms.jane

It’s been a while my original review 7 years ago does not reflect the service and quality of today. I have updated it to reflect the service being bunch better than it used to be although it can still sometimes be a little slow it’s a much better experience than it used to be 7 years ago.
Everybody is ssoo sweet and respectful.. I love going there.. it's always so clean also and I REALLY APPRECIATE THAT SINCE I HAVE A TREMENDOUS FEAR OF GERMS!! I still put toilet paper down before I sit on the toilet but I do that everywhere..
Kid-friendliness: VERY KID FRIENDLY.. I think I haven't even heard them cuss,, but they very well might and I just didn't notice..
