Same old atmosphere,cumbersome to order with the kiosks, orders are randomly served out, like in my case, spent 5 min wating for my order while a LOT of orders after mine were already served.

At 11:35 on 1/26/24 I went the tacobell in Bartow beside Walmart. I just want to say the man working the drive thru is consistently so nice and kind. He really brightens up my day everytime I stop by. I’ve seen him a few times and no matter how busy is it, he ALWAYS has the best customer service. Really hope he goes far:

The lady in the drive thru wanted to argue with me when I explained I was missing items from my order. I offered to give the bag back to show her. Lack of customer service is what keeps people from returning in my opinion.

This Taco Bell is horrible, customer service is absolutely horrible and needs work. Tried to order in the drive through and did not know the name of what was ordering and the lady taking the order got the biggest attitude over it. Taco Bell needs to retrain for customer service. Also half the food was missing and other food was just thrown into the bag not even wrapped. Do better Taco Bell!

If I could give no stars, I would. I spent over $20 on food. I ordered in the app. I went to pick up, in store. They make it once you arrive. When I got home, my entire order was wrong!!!! I called them, they said go on app for refund and hung up, rudely. I have been on app 3 times messaging about this, with NO RESPONSE. It's been about a week now. I still am just out that money. It's ashame. I ate Taco Bell weekly. No more. If you want Taco Bell drive to another town.
Orders missing and incorrect. Management made food incorrectly. Opened orders on the counter, then placed food on prep line. Never eat there again.
