TLC Catering was exceptional from start to finish. Everything was incredibly professional. Kelsey, the coordinator, was extremely responsive and easy to work with. We added the china package, and the plates and water goblets were truly lovely. Their team set every place setting and made the entire room look beautiful and put together.
The AWESOME staff who handled our rehearsal dinner were friendly, energetic, and clearly invested in doing a great job. And the food… absolutely outstanding!!!!! Every dish was amazing. I’m not sure how you make green beans at a catered event taste that good, but they did! The mashed potatoes were perfect, the prime rib was delicious, the salmon was cooked just right, and the apple tart was scrumptious. Every single person at the event raved about how good the food was!
Their service throughout the event was prompt, organized, and professional. I would tell anyone searching for a caterer that this company is outstanding. The next time I need catering, there’s no question—I’ll call them first. I wholeheartedly recommend TLC Catering to anyone looking for exceptional food and service. Thank you, TLC!!!

I'm late in submitting this review, but I was the planner for the event reviewed by Pauline (see below) back in June at the Bedford Gathering Place, for a celebration of life service for my mother-in-law.
TLC was on the ball, and often responded within minutes of me emailing them. Their menus were flexible and diverse, and Suzanne was patient with me as I changed my mind 75 times about how much food we'd need and what kind. I could not speak highly enough about the preparation process, and with all the plates I was juggling on that day, it was a relief not to have to wonder about the catering, because communications from TLC were clear and prompt, leaving no room for worry or doubt.
Jessica, our onsite caterer, was equally fabulous to work with. She was resourceful and found a way to set up in a relatively small space without making anything look cramped. She had an incredible sense of when to be present, and when to fade into the background so that family and friends could visit. I could not have asked for a better catering experience.
Oh yes - the FOOD! I got compliments from nearly every single person who attended on how fresh and creative and aesthetically pleasing the small plates and finger foods were. It was just perfect, and there was more than enough for everyone.
You can't go wrong with TLC Catering, and I'd recommend them to anyone in Polk County and surrounding areas. They do a fantastic job with every element of the catering experience and I look forward to using them again for events in the future.
