Food was good but a little skimpy on the amount you get.
Got the buffalo chicken salad, $12.99 for one cut up chicken tenders, onions, cucumber and tomato. I asked as it was a SMALL piece of chicken, nope, perfectly normal. It tasted good for the basic garden salad it was. I won't be returning.

The drive thru service is awful. Teenagers can be seen through the window throwing chicken and acting the fool. Of the last 3 visits at least one item has been left out of our order on 2 occasions. The last occasion we sat in the drive through 25 minutes. When it was our turn to order we were told they were closed and the young bearded man was extremely rude. This used to be a biweekly trip for us now we go to Kentucky Fried.

Very unprofessional this is Friday August the 2nd 2024 the last three times that I have had a bad experience I clearly articulate what I want then drive all the way to Lakeland to look at my package and not get what I ordered and then I tried to call and they do not receive phone calls so that I can resolve the issue without driving all the way from Lakeland to Bartow to do so very unprofessional where's the god in this
