The server girl around 12 am was horrible no experience at all no warm welcome ,absolutely nothing,very inexperienced and was bad ,never I had my order with a gap of 20 minutes before at any waffle house,so this time wasn't happy at all

So my review got taken down and I would really like to know why. As a customer I’m allowed to come on here and share if my experience with an establishment was good or bad, that’s the whole point of getting reviews. I’ll sum up my original review. My husband and I went to this location on a Saturday morning it wasn’t really busy our waitress was Madison. She wasn’t that great, sorry but that day just wasn’t her day. Our order was wrong, she gave us no attention, and just felt like she didn’t want to be there. The food (when corrected) was amazing. If this review gets taken down as well oh well I’ll write another one.

Just wanted to get on here and give a big thank you to the Waffle House crew in Bartow, FL. We stopped in for my daughters 6th birthday yesterday. She had on her birthday crown and was immediately greeted with birthday wishes and praises from the crew and other guest there. They played a birthday song for her as well.
Our waitress (Lillie) was extremely kind and answered all of my questions.
The bathroom was very clean. The kitchen looked as clean as it could be with a packed house and everyone looked happy and ready to work.
The food was amazing! (So angry I dropped my to go box) 😭
Thank you all for being the start of my daughters wonderful day!!

If I could give it no star's I would. I came in here with my husband just to grab a little bite to eat. I have always loved waffle house I worked for them 5 years in the early 90'sin Charleston SC. When we sat down we were greeted by our server quickly I do not remember his name. The restaurant was kinda noisy but it's waffle house. My issue is I don't see why the music has to be that loud unexcetable for a restaurant. When I asked if it could be turned down just a little I was told no it's behind a locked box and can not be open. Ok well I cir one I'm not stupid I know there was a manager on duty and that manager could have turned it down to where I could enjoy my breakfast and my conversation with my husband. I definitely will not be back
