Drive-thru order 2 DOUBLE STACKS supposed to have only extra ketchup, mustard, extra pickle, extra onion.
They also had unwanted mayo and tomato on them. Order taker couldn't stop interrupting me and talking over me. Aren't those folks there to first *listen* to the customers' orders, and then repeat back to them what they want? After all that I didn't get the hamburgers that I ordered, and my hard working wife and I dined on fries only. Unacceptable. This was supposed to be special, because she put in extra hours at her job. This isn't the first time. I Understand folks make mistakes, but not repetitive thoughtless ones. Can't Wendy's hire smarter people than this? Won't be going back to Wendy's again.

Stopped in around 4pm on a Sunday for a quick bite on a trip. The lady who took our orders was super helpful and informative, also very patient as we decided what we wanted. The salad I got had a TON of meat on it and all the food was fresh and tasty. We don’t usually do fast food but Wendy’s is one of our go-to’s when we do. This was a pleasant stop, clean tables and friendly service- I recommend this location.

Stopped in to pick up a breakfast while on my journey. Coffee was hot, asked me how many creamers and sugars. The honey bun chicken sandwich was tasty and hot. Didn't really care for the potato wedges, some may enjoy them, just not my cup of tea. I would stop by here again if I journeyed past it.

Update don’t waste you money or definitely the calories on their FusnFrsty poptart ,Oreobrwn . Came with spoons ? Which was more like milk not even milkshake consistency a big disappointment overall wish I got a picture last night of them to prove how ours were .

They seriously gave me a spicy crispy chicken instead of the regular spicy chicken and definitely charged the same price.. it's not the workers fault, they are absolutely GREAT!! Our favorite cashier is Jesse.. the place is always clean,, everybody is so nice.. only got attitude one time from someone.. the sweet tea is always on point now that someone else is making it.. spicy chicken is my most favorite meal from here,, except now they're selling half the size of the chicken as before,, but for the same price as the big ones.. very disappointed in that.. so I won't be buying that unless I have extra money to buy a couple more..

Tried the breakfast wrap....not a good choice. It was sloppy & eggs weren't cooked through and through. If it's not broken, why fix it...stick to burgers, fries, chili and the original menu. The staff is usually somewhat pleasant; uniforms don't look clean (stained & wrinkled). I won't be back to Wendy's for breakfast. Wendy's quality of food and service has declined over the years. A face-lift wouldn't hurt ijs.

This location has been going down hill for awhile now but after my latest visit I’m just done with this location.

Just some notes, I understand fast food often gets Karen like individuals that complain about really small stupid things, you’ll have to take my word for it but I’m not one of those people. I’m a patient person who has worked quite a few retail jobs and I have given this location benefit of the doubt for quite some time, I’ve also never written a negative review in my life this is the first time I’ve been compelled to do so. Additionally my experience is through the drive thru around lunch hours only so I can’t speak for how service might be inside or other times of the day.

Employees that takes orders and your money are the only good part of their drive thru experience, they’re polite and quick and as I’ll explain later actually punch in your order correctly.

Get to the handout window though and 90% of the time the staff there will be rude and sloppy, they won’t even acknowledge you and just thrusting stuff out the window at you often missing either parts of your order like drinks or simpler things like straws in the bag and when you ask for those items they get visibly annoyed with you, rolling eyes or huffing, before handing you what is at best something they should be giving you (like a straw) or at worst something you actively payed for (drinks, frosties, etc). Then there’s the food which often is made incorrectly and not due to incorrectly being punched in, like I said order takers are doing fine and every time I checked why my order was prepared incorrectly the receipt is correct so it’s the kitchen making the mistake.

My last visit is what compelled me to write this review as everything described above happened again got to the handout window the woman didn’t acknowledge I was there which was fine but then I got my bag handed and drink handed to me but no straw in the bag, I apologized and asked if I could please get a straw to which she rolled her eyes at me grabbed a straw and thrusted it angrily out the window. After I parked to eat I noticed my sandwich wrapper looked like it was just thrown in the bag half wrapped and when I opened the sandwitch was a mess with everything falling apart, condiments all over the wrapper and on top/bottom of the bun, and the part that actually bugged me is it looked smashed or crushed, not intentionally it appeared more like someone tried to quickly and lazily wrap the sandwich and smashed it in the process. Lastly the part that pushed me over the edge was the sandwich was missing a few I guess “toppings” for example there wasn’t any cheese (also I didn’t ask for any additional toppings these are just toppings that come with the sandwich and they were missing) I’ve had to go back many times with this location for getting my order wrong or missing items like this before but this time I just decided I’m done, not going back to correct my order and deal with attitudes instead I’m just not giving them my business any longer. I’d recommend unless things really change at this location you avoid spending money here as well.

TLDR: The only good thing here are the polite order takers, everything else expect attitudes, having to double check everything to get what you payed for, and even then poorly put together or smashed up food, just awful service pretty much all around.
