The people working front were very friendly and had a mix up with online orders, but there was a man working the food that was very rude to a confused customer, and was continuing to have inappropriate language about the customer where everyone could hear. I didn’t get his name but being stressed doesn’t mean you get snappy

Bad service, the wrong attempt she had a bad day
Placed an online order at 4:30 to pick up after 5. We got there and they were completely backed up so we tried to cancel our order and there is no manager on the clock in the employees looked lost as all get out because there is not a manager there so now we weren’t able to get a refund and my husband had another hour for his food that we placed over an hour ago. so forced to wait for food no manager no leadership. Honestly, feel bad for the employees

Always missing items and always late!!! Would rather drive to Lakeland to order and Pickup. Manager only stated that they have been super busy…. Guess what don’t be in the business if you can’t provide service!!!

I recently placed a phone order for 30 wings, and the person who took my order confirmed it would be ready by 8:20 PM. However, when we arrived at the store, we were informed that the order hadn't been prepared because they don’t cook more than 20 wings per order. This was not communicated to me when I placed the order, which caused us unnecessary inconvenience. To make matters worse, the cashier’s attitude was dismissive and unaccommodating, offering no solution or apology for the miscommunication. As a regular Wingstop customer who has always enjoyed your food, this experience left me deeply disappointed. I hope the management will take action to ensure better communication and customer service in the future. Thank you.

I pre-ordered 30pcs wings on the phone. They said the order will be available by 8:20pm. When we got there, they informed us that the order is not ready for they will not prepare an order over 20pcs. It's unfair on our part that we're not informed about it and the cashier was not even very accommodating addressing our concern. I hope the management will do something about it. I am a fan of wingstop but I am really disappointed with this. Thank you

Everyone working here is mentally slow. White woman with glasses offered no apology waiting for food for damn near an hour with no update from their own accord. 4 orders walked in after me, ordered and got their food by the time i finally received mine.

Got a family platter from there the prices were okay but drove all the way from Bartow to lake Wales and the food was still hot the food was still absolutely delicious. Definitely will be going back. The servers are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Went in this store to pick up online order. My order was not fresh I requested a remake when I got my food it smelled like urine. The cashier didn’t want to put her nose to it and the manager on duty didn’t smell it or acknowledge it. Reported to general manager and will be calling corporate today

Wingstop has a 16 min wait time on a normal basis. If it’s gonna take longer than that. I should not be told it’s only gonna take 16 min. Me and my family waited over 45 min for our food, and it was cold! The fries were so soggy and salty I couldn’t eat them. Step it up wingstop , yall were my go to back in 2013.

As we took our order and waited the service and workers were very rude and unprofessional, not counting the fact that it took an hour for us to get our food and when we questioned when our food was coming out they used the excuse that there was people before us when there was people ordering and getting there food within 15 minutes.
