These have to be the smallest wings I’ve ever seen. Idk if it’s because they’ve been overcooked or what but I don’t think I will be going to wingstop anymore. Very overpriced and you don’t get what you paid for the tiny wings

I ordered online today just a cheese fry and when I got there I was asked my name….. 20 minutes no fries when I asked I was asked my name again and low and behold the fries were sitting on the shelf upfront totally ignored by all the staff members I was offered fresh fry’s by my time is more valuable. I asked for a refund still awaiting to come back to my card. What’s the point in ordering online? Only for the walk ins to get their food before you. A 30 minute trip just for fries

We can't leave Lakeland or Bartow without having our wings fix. Wingstop are one of the best flavor wings . We fall in love with Wingstop in California 5 years ago, and since then, with eat wings just from them.

Placed an online order that said it would take 17 to 20 minutes to be ready. Still sitting here waiting after an hour being told it's going to be 20 minutes more. They are working on the tickets at random. Girl at the counter is rude and said is there anything else? How about not taking an hour to cook 20 boneless wings it's not that complicated of an order. Monique came up asked what was wrong, told her, she had to reprint ticket to get order made, she did it herself. Said GM hasn't update online time, Shame in GM

The customer service in this place doesn't even deserve one star. I am both a door dash delivery driver and a regular customer in this store, and the women that are staffed there have always been unpleasant and unfriendly, but today took the cake. I was picking up a door dash delivery, and a woman handed me the bag and walked away. I double checked the order on my phone, and noticed it was a wing combo and probably included a drink, which I did not see. For over 5 minutes after that, nobody would help me. I ended up calling the customer to confirm there was a drink with his order, and he told me he did order a drink. I decided to give Wingstop the benefit of the doubt, I thought maybe they put the drink in the bag, as a lot of restaurants do. I opened the seal a bit to peek in and see if there was a drink in there, the customer was aware that I was doing so. I saw there wasn't and quickly sealed it shut. At that point, of course one of the women on staff noticed I opened it and came over and told me I'm not allowed to do that. I told her that there is supposed to be a drink with this order and nobody was helping me. She proceeded to tell me that there was no drink with the order, even though she didn't even check the order on the computer. I then had to call the customer again to confirm, he again told me there is definitely a drink with the order. Finally, the wingstop employee checked the computer, rolled her eyes, grabbed a cup and started filling the drink up. I saw her go back and talk to another woman, I'm assuming a shift leader or something. The other woman came over to me and started scolding me for opening the bag. I told her I wouldn't have had to open it if they hadn't messed up the order and somebody had helped me. She was extremely rude to me and kept yelling, saying from now on I can't be opening the bag to check orders. So I told her from now on make sure that your orders are correct before sending them off. She then proceeded to yell at me, threatening that I would never be door dashing from there again. She took the customers order and refused to give it to me, so I had to call the customer back and tell him that Wing Stop wouldn't release his order to me. Thankfully he was very kind and understanding about it, I apologized multiple times. I was completely calm and professional, and these women were extremely rude, unprofessional, and out of control. I've seen them be short and rude before, but never like this. As much as I love the food at Wingstop, this location in Bartow needs an entire new staff. I will be calling corporate, these women should not be in customer service in any restaurant.

Service is horrible got all the way home and they did not give me my fried called was on hold total of 15 min the girl told me we tell you to check your bag which far from the truth the bag was sealed manager would not get on the phone fries are usually not a big deal but when you spend over $30 for your meal and drive 15 min home to find they shorted my order the least they could of done was put me on a list to give them to me on my next visit

Ordered online said 16 mins to pickup and got to the parking lot and said 2 min and get in to the restaurant the cashier says 30 mins waited a total hr and our order total was for 15 wings one thing of fries two sodas which we fill ourselves. The timing was inexcusable considering we did not walk in and order it was an online order . One of the cooks which was a lady was rude when asking why so long for a small order and the fries were soggy.
