A true gemstone of downtown Bartow Florida . 💎

Everything from the food to the service is great.

They have a fantastic bartender that could only be described as a magic potions master when it comes to mixing adult beverages.

A favorite hangout spot when visiting Bartow.

We stopped in for a late lunch on a Saturday. No wait, we were seated right away.

I ordered the chicken Caesar salad and it was divine! Perfect amount of dressing, perfectly grilled chicken!

Our server Vianca was lovely. Very friendly and helpful with menu suggestions. She convinced me that I have to come back to try the steak frites very soon!

Great experience!

Love this place. Wish they’d have a Sunday brunch offering.

The loaded kettle chips are the bomb. But, on the sandwich side, The Ribeye sandwich knocks it out-of-the park. And the next day, the rest heated up in the air fryer still just as delicious. Highly recommend from one steak lover to another

Through a series of mishaps (who knew so many restaurants in Bartow were closed on a Saturday), we came upon Zest Bar and Grill after looking for places with good ratings. What a stroke of luck for us! The staff, from the warm welcome all the way through lunch, was friendly, helpful, and professional! It was Zest’s 2nd anniversary so they even had drawings for prizes for all of their customers. The food was wonderful! I had The Grove Chicken sandwich with homemade kettle chips, and my sister had the Triple Decker Club with French fries. For dessert, we were served complimentary mini cupcakes to celebrate their anniversary, and we took home the key lime pie and it was absolutely yummy! Such a great experience and we will be back!

This is our first visit to Zest Bar & Grill. We enjoyed sitting in their lovely, outdoor patio area! For lunch, my husband chose the delightful Havana salad. We then ordered & were pleased with the tasty Reuben Burger and french fries. For dessert, we ordered Citrus Bread pudding to take home; we loved it. The staff here provided very good service! We will return again soon. :)

Fantastic place, my first time here personally and I'll be back tomorrow, food and drink proved to be absolutely spectacular. The atmosphere and service were truly a sight to be seen and the food was some of the best I've had considering the pricing. I very highly recommend this place for a good sit down meal and conversation.

Out-of-towner happy to have landed at Zest for a late, Sunday afternoon lunch on a day trip to tour Bartow's interesting Wonder House, with quick, unplanned visits to the L.B. Brown House Museum and the Bartow History Center. Located on a side street a couple of blocks from the old town square Zest has a quiet, unassuming appearance with off-street parking and an outside, covered dining patio. Inside seating includes booths, tables and the bar in a large, high-ceilinged, sort of dimly lit dining area with a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Our server Regan, (I think was her name) was efficient, and attentive and just right friendly. Our food - we both had fish and chips with cole slaw - was excellent - the slaw was good - chunky cut with vinegar-based dressing rather than mayo-based, medium cut fries and the fish were very good - tender and crisp (the fish lightly battered). Definitely would be a repeat customer if I was a local. Planning to return to Bartow for a scheduled tour of the L.B. Brown House and to explore more of the History Center and it will be hard to decide whether to try a different restaurant or to return here where we really enjoyed the service, the meal and the space.
