I've been ordering from Mikes on & off for over 15 years. Their selecion of quality cigars is amazing and their pricing is very reasonable. I hate buying sticks at my local mom&pop shop and getting ripped off. When I order from mikes in quantity , i get great pricing & superfast delivery time. And their delivery service is world class. Their driver "JEFF" is super friendly & customer service oriented. He calls me if I'm not home to let me know the delivery is being made. Their cigars are always fresh & well packaged too. Mike’s Cigar: 5 Star Customer Service. I mixed up the billing and shipping address information on my web order. Jessie called me within minutes of my email to their customer service email. Jessie fixed everything within minutes. thank you Jessie!

They shipped rock hard, dried out cigars. email them with pictures, they told me to put them into the bag and put distilled water in it. my thoughts are you sent me bad cigars and I have to try and fix them.

I made a mistake with my last order. I dreaded texting/emailing with “customer service” but they were awesome! Quickly took care of MY error and sent cigars out the same day.! They were cheaper than JR and had real people solving real problems. For no other reason than customer service, they have become my supplier of cigars!

Shopped on the internet for my cigars and Mike’s was one of the few online stores that had them. However, no one had a better price than Mike’s.

Mikes cigars is the place to get your premium cigars from!! Great customer service and faster shipping than any company I have used . Ordered on a Friday had them at my house on a Monday! Coming from Florida to California that is amazing.
