Mike's has always been great but I just ordered cigars on Friday and they arrived in Wisconsin Tuesday. Amazing.

Best Cigar Shop All Over Miami!!!
We live in Ohio always order online. Thought we stop and actually go there since we were in Miami. It wasnât bad but not what we expected. Itâs definitely not a lounge.

I always get my cigars here and have never been disappointed. The team is awesome. Especially the person I work directly with, (Sol). On this last order one of the cases of cigars was removed from the box during transport. Although Mike's Cigars was not responsible they immediately sent me a new box and took on the challenge of working with transportation representing me. Amazing product, amazing service!
I can not tell you how wonderful they are. I am a newbie getting into cigars. The customer service is always amazing. Truly, I do not know what I like. We speak and they recommend and then next time we speak take my feedback and Iâm wowed every-time. Recently my wife bought me a humidor and they were so kind and answered questions that I had asked others and gotten many, many different answers from friends and family. But they actually gave me the answer that worked. Good people, I highly recommend them.

Great experience with Mikeâs Cigars. Their customer service was very responsive, and when I realized my order wouldnât arrive in time for the holidays, they upgraded my shipment to Priority Mail. Excellent service all around. Highly recommend.
TERRIBLE customer service as well as DRY, FALLING APART UNSMOKABLE CIGARS. They refuse to replace bad product even to long time repeat customers! They just lost at least 10 repeat customers that order every 2 months!! NICE customer service âEDDIEâ!
