The only place to go for great cigars and great service

I just ordered from Mike's Cigars for the first time yesterday. They carry the full line of Volition America by Gurkha cigars. These Volition cigars are exclusively made for a wonderful charitable military organization called Folds of Honor. I am a big supporter of this organization and am ordering gifts for 3 of my grandsons who are also big supporters. I placed my first order yesterday for 2 boxes, 1 of Volition Connecticut and 1 of Volition Habano. That order was received and scheduled for same day shipping. Later that day I placed a second order of two boxes, this time I ordered another box of Volition Connecticut's, and I added a box of Volition Maduros so they could experience all 3 flavor profiles.
At the time I thought to myself I hope they don't think this was ordered by mistake given the timing difference, but similarity of the second order.
To my surprise, I received an email and then a personal phone call from their management, wanting to confirm that I had placed two orders that day and that they were slightly different and that was what I actually wanted.
In today's AI world, that level of concern and personalized customer service is virtually unheard of. Kudos to Mike's Cigars for truly looking out for their customers and be assured that all my future online cigar orders will be placed with Mike's Cigars.

Great people and huge selection.

Went into Mike's Cigar Store in Bay Harbor Islands yesterday to buy one cigar as a gift. Simple request — should’ve taken two minutes.
Instead, I was completely ignored while three loud, arrogant customers took over the store. They were flashing cash and being openly rude — one even said in Spanish that he didn’t care how long anyone else had to wait. The saleswoman focused entirely on them, running around to meet every demand, while I stood there unnoticed.
Not once did she acknowledge me or take a moment to help with a quick, easy sale. It was clear that unless you’re buying in bulk and throwing money around, you don’t matter here.
Thankfully, I walked over to Lucky Cigar in Surfside right after — and the experience was night and day. Friendly, attentive staff who treated me like a valued customer, even though I was only buying one cigar.
Mike's might have the name, but Lucky Cigar has the respect and professionalism. I know where I’ll be going from now on.

Mike's Cigars does a great job, I am here to say nothing but great news about Mike's.First of all I am not an expert in cigars -but I love them,and I am willing to learn all I can-I believe that I can,t find a better place to learn all I can-Price,service,and they have GREAT Cigars-I did join as member -that,s been nothing but been better than I could have asked for. I was looking all over miami beach for a Davidoff Churchill Late Hour cigar. And Mike’s had it. But we needed it delivered. Oxana facilitated a remote payment and allowed us to send an uber to get it. Everything worked out perfect. Highly recommend

We have frequently ordered cigars from Mike’s, actually joined thr memberships. We were visiting the Miami area and thought we would stop in and visit their cigar lounge. To our surprise it’s been closed since Covid. We’re very disappointed that they haven’t bothered to update their website in five years. Left a really bad taste in our mouth for a company we have used for many years. The ne star us because of lavk of attention yo detail and seeming unconcern by the person at the counter. It wasn’t easy to divert to the location.
