Mike's Cigars does a great job, I am here to say nothing but great news about Mike's.First of all I am not an expert in cigars -but I love them,and I am willing to learn all I can-I believe that I can,t find a better place to learn all I can-Price,service,and they have GREAT Cigars-I did join as member -that,s been nothing but been better than I could have asked for. Please keep up all your great work!!

I was looking all over miami beach for a Davidoff Churchill Late Hour cigar. And Mike’s had it. But we needed it delivered. Oxana facilitated a remote payment and allowed us to send an uber to get it. Everything worked out perfect. Highly recommend

We have frequently ordered cigars from Mike’s, actually joined thr memberships. We were visiting the Miami area and thought we would stop in and visit their cigar lounge. To our surprise it’s been closed since Covid. We’re very disappointed that they haven’t bothered to update their website in five years. Left a really bad taste in our mouth for a company we have used for many years. The ne star us because of lavk of attention yo detail and seeming unconcern by the person at the counter. It wasn’t easy to divert to the location.

First, do not buy from this sketchy business. They only send whatever they have in stock, and the cigar names are not accurate or consistent with what’s advertised.

I purchased the Prime Choice Cigar Sampler, which was supposed to include the following 8 cigars:

Finca Oro Corona

Toro Rojo Robusto

Trinidad y Cia Robusto

Out of all these, they only sent three of the listed cigars. I submitted a negative review on their website, but they deleted it.

They just threw in random cigars for the rest of the order and completely ignored the promised selection. There's no customer service to resolve the issue either.

Had a problem where I got someone else’s order, not mine. Mike’s immediately contacted me prior to me opening their box and I requested Mike’s to email me a shipping label for the correct recipient so I could forward it on the same day, which I did. Never met anyone that didn’t make mistakes and when it does happen, it’s always a good thing to help out when possible. I’ll be doggone that when my order did come in, Eddie at Mike’s Cigars sent me a gift of a dozen cigars!! Totally unnecessary, but their kindness was appreciated!! I’m a relatively new customer for them, but let me say they’re Good People to do business with and Mike’s appreciates their customers, too. Now in today’s world, that’s a Big Plus!!

Full disclosure - I am NOT a cigar aficionado! But I do enjoy a good cigar socially and even in my own company. I have ordered cigars many, many times from Mike's and have never been disappointed! Samplers are a wonderful way to experience a wide range of cigars. The Factory Throwouts are a great casual cigar experience. But the real reason for writing this review is to thank and applaud Jason in Customer Service. He is the definition of the term. Jason is knowledgeable, patient, thorough and frankly superb at his job!!! Recently I was having cigars delivered to a family member who was going to take them to people as a gift. When they had not yet arrived and I notified him about my timing problem, he took it upon himself to follow up and then called me to update me. All was resolved. In my business, I'd love to have a team of Jasons! Thanks man!!
