I have been using Mike's cigars for years and started off with the old fashions..... then went to the baker's dozen .....then settled on the baker's dozen Supreme. I occasionally have to use a draw poker but not nearly as often as with the baker's dozen. I used to buy whole boxes, of ones that were a great smoke, but I rarely could replicate the experience so I have stuck with Bakers Dozen Supreme . Shipping has been great.

I ordered a five pack of Macanudo cigars on Wednesday the 21st March 1. I called up customer service to tell him I never received the cigars. The lady answered the phone let me check she says she never ordered cigars and hung up the phone on me. Nasty customer service will never order from this company again. Michael Jacobs Staten Island

Our Google Account is in wife’s name but I (Keith Crilow) am doing this review of Mike’s Cigars.There was technical glitch with their order system in that my ship to zip code of 00820 would not process. This was frustrating because last year I had 3 orders successfully processed.I e-mailed customer service detailing my problem. Within a very short time I get a phone call & after discussing they had their IT guy get involved. Apparently the “new system” did not recognize zip codes as valid ones if they started with zero’s. Within an hour the problem they e-mailed, plus called me to say the issue was resolved. Later I successfully ordered my cigars..The people at Mike’s Cigars are very customer oriented; responding quickly to my problem & fixing the technical glitch in their system.
