Olima provided an excellent lunch experience that exceeded my expectations. The elegant ambiance and attentive staff set the stage for a culinary delight. We attended O'Lima with a group of Peruvians from Lima, but unfortunately, they were underwhelmed. The soup was tasteless, the ceviche overcooked, and the Lomo Saltado conveyed an aftertaste indicating it had been held in inventory too long. There are much better Peruvian restaurants at this price point.
Restaurant was empty when we walked in - only one other table with a couple at 8pm. That should've been our sign to leave. It was silent in the restaurant- no music was being played. The staff was very friendly however not as knowledgeable as they should've been. Server did a great job checking in and refilling our sparkling water.
