The Palm restaurant, known for its Canadian lobster, has been through changes since Landrys took over. Some find the menu trying to do too much and the food quality not as high as it used to be. The bread service was also disappointing. However, the prime rib was fantastic, although expensive, and the asparagus and salad were excellent. The lamb chops were good but slightly disappointing. The carrot cake was delicious, but the coffee was weak. The service, especially from Ashley, was excellent and the staff friendly. Despite some inconsistencies, the Palm remains a popular choice, especially for those looking to indulge in their renowned Nova Scotian lobster.
