The Palm restaurant, known for its Canadian lobster, has been through changes since Landrys took over. The team provides an excellent experience with very efficient and professional service. The atmosphere is great and the staff is friendly. The prime rib was fantastic, although expensive, and the asparagus and salad were excellent. The veal chop is plump, juicy and grilled to perfection. The chicken parmigiana is to die for and the steaks are top notch with good seasoning and flavor. The bacon and lobster bisque was outstanding and the appetizers are excellent. Despite some inconsistencies, the Palm remains a popular choice, especially for those looking to indulge in their renowned Nova Scotian lobster.
