It was very good. We drove down from WPB and it was well worth it. Foot was very good and the service was great. They took great care of us and treated us great. Made my wife's birthday feel special.

Service was not good. Had to ask repeatedly for things such as drinks. Sides for main dishes came way after and where incorrect. Lobster was inedible. We got someones elses tab, etc. Not the type of service you would expect at an upper establishment. Do have to say that they did try after the meal to make good on the experience.

Had to send the steak back. Full of grizzle. My 4 lb lobster had two different claws and one of them was empty. So they mix and match which is insane. Felt the place has really gone downhill lately which is sad.

What can I say. This team hit out of the park. Robert at the bar was courteous and professional. My server Ashley could not do enough for me. I am asking for her next time I come in and I'm definitely coming back! Manager Erik made sure everything was perfect and was a gracious host. The veal chop which was main reason I chose to come to the Palm was plump juicy and grilled to perfection. Even chef Godfrey made sure I was enjoying my dinner. What a great team here at the Palm !!

Excellent experience dining here. Service was very efficient and professional. Our waitstaff was great! Valet parking a plus. Chicken parmigiana is to die for and steaks as always top notch.

We've dined at The Palm in several other locations and always enjoyed exceptional experiences, but our visit to the Miami Beach location last night was disappointing. While the restaurant appeared to have adequate staffing, the overall service felt lackluster and inattentive. Our waitress was reasonably good, but the bus staff fell short. My wife and I shared a 6-pound lobster. After it was served, we were told someone would assist with the claws — but that person didn't arrive until we were nearly finished. The lobster was mostly cooked well, but one of my claws was undercooked. Due to the lack of staff engagement, I didn't bother sending it back. We ended with a slice of carrot cake that was clearly not fresh and seemed to have been sitting out for too long. Overall, a very underwhelming experience and not a location we'll be returning to.

I have been to the Orlando location and had steaks in the conversation with the best I've had, rivaling Peter Luger's and besting any chain (Ruth Chris etc). I was excited to dine at the location in Miami. The service was totally acceptable but the steak was the worst I've had at a restaurant in recent memory. They obviously don't have the same equipment that the Orlando location has or it isn't maintained. The steak in Orlando was perfectly seared with a beautiful even medium rare center. This was soft and soggy out the outside as well as being relatively tough overall. In addition, in an attempt to sear the ribeye, they simply overcooked the spinalis. Finally, the seasoning was totally uneven, as I encountered piles of salt in between bland pieces of meat. Not going back.

The steaks and veal chop were delicious. The prime rib special was perfectly cooked. Restaurant was very crowded and loud but a very fun vibe.

The food was not up to the Palm standard the I have been accustomed to over the years. The steak was medium rare as ordered but was dry and tastless. The lobster was cold and it was ordered baked. Chocolate cake was delicious Service was up to par.

Great as always , prime rib roast , served on Fridays and Saturday's . So delicious , if in town on one of those days , I'm there .

Our evening was spectacular. We went for Mother's Day/ the food continues to be outstanding, along with extremely competent and professional staff.

Over all experience was excellent . Great atmosphere, excellent appetizers. The bacon and lobster bisque was outstanding. The steaks had good seasoning and flavor. My only knock on the food was with the ribeye steak, which had no rib eye cap (spinalis) which is my favorite part of from that cut of steak.
