The steaks and veal chop were delicious. The prime rib special was perfectly cooked. Restaurant was very crowded and loud but a very fun vibe.

The food was not up to the Palm standard the I have been accustomed to over the years. The steak was medium rare as ordered but was dry and tastless. The lobster was cold and it was ordered baked. Chocolate cake was delicious Service was up to par.

Great as always , prime rib roast , served on Fridays and Saturday's . So delicious , if in town on one of those days , I'm there .

Our evening was spectacular. We went for Mother's Day/ the food continues to be outstanding, along with extremely competent and professional staff.

Over all experience was excellent . Great atmosphere, excellent appetizers. The bacon and lobster bisque was outstanding. The steaks had good seasoning and flavor. My only knock on the food was with the ribeye steak, which had no rib eye cap (spinalis) which is my favorite part of from that cut of steak.

We arrived and were greeted by Mumbles the general manager. We sat I m a booth and enjoyed an outstanding dinner. I had filet mignon on the bone medium and my daughter had chicken parmigiana. Both dishes were cooked to perfection!

This is no longer “The Palm”. Now that Landry owns it it is beyond terrible. My husband ordered a New York strip and it came out so bad he couldn't eat it at all. The Gigi salad had 1 piece of shrimp and 2 stringbeans with soggy, dead iceberg lettuce and lots of raw onions in it. The meal sucked and so did the service. The place was basically empty and they just couldn't get it right. Would definitely recommend NOT to go there. Don't waste your time or $$$$!

Been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Sadly, the quality of food and service has steadily declined. Very hit or miss. Orders came out wrong. Items like sides were missing. Main course served to guests in different times. Food was poorly prepared. I don't see myself or our guests returning there, with so many options in Miami.

The mushroom risotto was very dry. The Ossobuco was ok. I had it better. That particular day was a celebration on the restaurant , not in the private area for parties , and the noise was very high. Recommendation : Book big parties in the designated private rooms. Services always very good.

The Palm Bal Harbour offers an exceptional dining experience with top-tier service and expertly prepared dishes. The lobster bisque was rich and velvety, with tender lobster and perfectly balanced seasoning. The New York strip with melted blue cheese was incredible —juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection (bravo!). To finish, the cheesecake drizzled with caramel was smooth, decadent, and beautifully presented. With its impeccable execution and upscale ambiance, The Palm is a must-visit. I'll definitely be back.

Found this restaurant from doing a Google search for 5 star restaurants in Miami. Scheduled a reservation on Open Table. Staff was friendly, food was AMAZING! The BEST Chicken Parmesan i have EVER eaten! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

I'm very upset. I have been to this restaurant 7 months ago and it has been an unmistakable option for me to have a good dinner with my guests for many years. The restaurant has turned into an expensive trattoria with a very ordinary set of dishes. The portions have gotten smaller, the menu smaller. The service has also become worse. At the same time, the price for dinner with inexpensive wine and tips is more than 170 dollars per person. And this is in an old and very noisy room. Too bad, I brought my friends to surprise them with an unusual place and cuisine. The surprise didn't work out and I am very disappointed. I will be looking for another place.

It is a place that I had been to several times and it was always correct, but we went as a family and we asked the child for a sirloin from the children's menu and it was in bad condition. The waitress took it to the kitchen to change it if he eats it he gets poisoned, the service It was regular.
