Jacob is so pleasant!! I’ve had an experience with him for my past 3 visits and he’s so amazing each time. So good to see him and I love this location it’s not too crazy busy and very calm. Love it hereeee!

Go to the location in Orlando, the broth and food is much better...

This location is salty, the flavor of the broth was mediocre, pho is all about the broth, and this fell flat

The service was hiding in the kitchen, and the guests had to call the restaurant to get them back to the front.

OH MY GOD.

my boyfriend and i have been wanting to try twentypho hour for a long time but today we found out that this location has been open for a year now and we had no idea. we didn’t want to go all the way i-drive so we made our way over here and were SO GLAD WE DID.

the atmosphere was adorable and we got our food SO fast after ordering (like less than 10 minutes for two bowls, crab rangoons, and two milk tea drinks) like WHAT? it was SO fresh and so delicious. they have a huge variety of stuff on their menu and i can’t wait to come back.

also jake??? you deserve a raise my guy. you were so sweet and personable and you even said you’ll see us soon which is SO CUTE. we will absolutely be back!!!!

now excuse me while i go into a twenty year coma. when i awaken i will be rushing right back to twentypho hour

My review of this restaurant is this:
I walk in, excited for this experience at twenty pho hour. (Which by the way is NOT open 24 hours…I can’t believe this…do they not understand I need pho at 3am several times a week??) anyways! I walk up to where it says order here and guess what I’m not met with? A HUMAN! No one there…no bell to ring if you need to order…I wait there for at least five minutes…see if I wasn’t so desperate for good pho I wouldn’t have done this..the security cameras would see a powerful diligent woman turn around swiftly and leave…but finally after dog years of my life I am greeted by someone and my order is taken quickly and easily and they were friendly enough. I sit down…I noticed blaring music…I am so hit with this loud music I cannot even process the panic attack the music is giving me…I can’t even hear my own THOUGHTS…which were the only thing keeping me company…finally my order arrives to my table…and was I blessed to be sitting there…the pho was amazing and soothed my stomach, which had been gracing me with violent diarrhea not long before…this solved everything. My drink was amazing as well. I ate quickly as the music was loud and hurting my sensitive eardrums. Overall, food and drink was amazing and I am coming back. Possibly every other day. Am I eating inside ever again?? Maybe not. We shall see. I must also mention the to-go bowls for pho being so easily placed where I can grab them. I think it is because it is hard to reach someone if you need some help.

Finally verdict: should be 24 hours…need bell…maybe put your own ordering screen if no want staff there…turn down music…maybe put some Asian jams if you’re a pho restaurant…(I would appreciate as an Asian woman) stay beautiful

This was my first time having pho. My 14 yr old daughter has had it plenty of times and convinced me to try. Twenty pho hour has a very easy to read menu, plenty of seating and the service was fast. The decor is great and very different from any other restaurant I've been to. I will come back to diversify my pho experience.

I’m Viet and I love this place. People might say it’s not authentic but it is a fusion and the broths are very consistent
