I can't tell you how very much I enjoyed every bit of this restaurant. The food was especially delicious, the service was impeccable ( Tanya and Adli deserve a raise so sweet) and the atmosphere was good old fashion southern country kitchen style. I would recommend everyone eat here at least...oh I don't know, everyday, breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Don’t miss the fried pickles, smokehouse burger, sliced pork plate, and the homey atmosphere! We always have a great experience at Akins. The food is served promptly and I haven’t ordered something I haven’t liked yet. I do wish they had more interesting sides available. Their fries are amazing. And as simple as it is, the side salad is pretty good. Their homemade ranch is too.
DON’T get the cheesecake unless you like solid...
