Dear McDonaldâs Customer Service,
I am writing to formally complain about the constant issues at the Belle Glade, FL location. Nearly every morning, I visit to get coffee or a frappe, and I am repeatedly told that the machines are down. This has become an ongoing issue, and it is beyond frustrating. It seems like every time I ask for a frappe, thereâs some excuseâeither the machine is being cleaned, itâs broken, or itâs just ânot working right now.â
Beyond the equipment failures, the customer service at this location is terrible. The employees donât even greet customers with a simple âGood morning,â and they act like we are bothering them just by placing an order. This is the worst McDonaldâs in Palm Beach County, and it seems like they get away with it simply because of the area we live in.
McDonaldâs is supposed to be a reliable and consistent brand, yet this location fails to meet even the most basic standards. Customers deserve to receive the items advertised on the menu and to be treated with respect. I urge you to investigate why this location consistently fails in both service and equipment maintenance.

Frustrating Changes and Poor Service
This review applies to most McDonaldâs locations these days, especially since they started prioritizing DoorDash and drive-thru orders over their dining room customers. It feels like dining room guests are an afterthought. On top of that, theyâve removed the self-serve drink stations, along with napkins and straws, which makes things even more inconvenient.
For example, I always make my order with honey, but they never, ever give me honey. Instead, they always give me honey mustard because no one seems to pay attention to detail. Lately, itâs gotten even worseânow they often donât give you any sauce at all. If you go up to try to get the sauce you were supposed to have, it takes anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes for someone to finally acknowledge you and get what you need.
The new setup with walls hiding the workers makes it impossible to get their attention, and even if you call out for help, theyâll often ignore you and continue what theyâre doing.
The Bell Blade, Florida McDonaldâs is the worst one Iâve experienced. The combination of poor customer service and frustrating changes has really hurt the dining experience.

No way this is a McDonald's establishment. Service is intolerant. So sad, the driver thru. Is back up. The inside of the store is horrible the restrooms are bad.no clean up at all. The first restaurant that need a overall. For real.

McDonaldâs has come a long way with retrospect to customer service. The employees are friendly and they move as fast as humanly possible. The food is hot and fresh.

The food was pretty good, but everything else. The bathroom was very dirty toilets peed over.
Clean bathroom. We ordered fries and nuggets and they were freshly fried. đ No worker stayed by the cash register so we had to order from the big digital board. I am not a fan of that. I tried to engage one of the workers in the back to give me a cup of water, but no one would respond. When the lady popped from the back to give us our food, I asked her for a cup of water and she gave it to me nicely. My daughter commented that they had a Play Place. We did not use it so we can't tell you if it was well kept. We were there on a Sunday afternoon around 5 pm, the place was not busy.

We waited for one hour for our food, respectfully, it seems like the workers there just stand around. No only that, but the worker who helped us wasnât the most polite, even laughing at a poor lady who waited an hour and a half when handing her, her food.

They took orders on a Monday night to all vehicles in front and I had a mobile order ready but said they were closed all of a sudden. So why take orders from other vehicles... and they expect me to wait an additional 20 mins to get a refund... nah
