Is funny how we all complain to the ONLY mcdonalds in Belle Glade yet we still go!!!! They never put napkins or give you receipts but we still go back!!! Like if thos come from their pockets😂😂one night i order a snack wrap combo and THEY PUT THE WRONG ONE not me.... THEYY DID and when i went to have it change they say no because the manager didnt feel like it!!!

Slowest McDonald I’ve ever been to, ordered at 14:15 and received the food 30 minutes later, with food missing. The workers didn’t care and did not fix it. Avoid it

Very slow and disorganized. Everyone seemed to be scrambling around the food prep area but meals are slow to come out. They don’t use the table numbers either which is also confusing. Again. Extremely slow. Simple meal for 4 took 20mins to come out. People just waiting around for orders.

Unprofessional service and profiling experience

I walked into this McDonald’s to pick up a phone order, and before I could even say anything, the employee immediately asked, “Are you DoorDash?” No greeting, no courtesy just an assumption. It felt like profiling, as if they judged who I was the moment I walked in.

To make things worse, my order wasn’t even ready, despite being placed in advance. After waiting with no communication or apology, I eventually had to cancel and leave.

It’s disappointing that a brand like McDonald’s allows such poor customer service and lack of respect toward walk-in customers. A simple hello and timely order would have made all the difference.

Opens at 5am but expect you to wait in the drive thru lane until 5:15 when THEY'RE ready to take your order. Bunch of lazy workers. Fountain drinks have a metallic taste as well. Never coming back here. Horrible.

Whenever I eat here, it takes over half an hour just for them to make a single meal. Don't eat here unless you want the slowest day food.
