Some of the best fried chicken around! Always fresh, hot, crispy, and full of flavor. Dixie Fried Chicken is a Belle Glade classic and never disappoints. Definitely recommend!
Fresh food
Create place and build blade for some fantastic fried chicken, beans, total and more. And don’t forget the bun. Lol. Right after the main road, it’s worth a stop for real delicious food. Very friendly and homegrown. Real Belle Glade!

Dixie Fried Chicken is a restaurant known for its delicious fried chicken and friendly service. The chicken is highly praised and considered as good as homemade, with many customers calling it the best southern fried chicken around. Their fried catfish is also a popular choice, and the homemade macaroni salad makes a tasty side. Customers often enjoy a fried shrimp meal with hush puppies, cole slaw, and fries. The restaurant’s food is fresh and delicious, with some mentioning that the chicken wings are excellent. However, the restaurant can be quite warm inside, especially during busy times, sometimes reaching up to 91 degrees, so calling ahead to order is recommended to avoid long waits. The banana pudding is described as heavenly, and the service is generally very good. Overall, Dixie Fried Chicken remains a recommended spot for a satisfying meal, especially if one is looking for flavorful fried chicken and friendly service.
