We just drove here from Jacksonville because we heard this is the best popeyes in Florida. Maybe that's silly but I assure you we were not disappointed. Full portions of well cooked food. Absolutely delicious! Also, the lady at the window was incredibly pleasant.
ordered food on line, then apon arrival, once getting to the window they tell us they have none of our order and can replace it with regular chicken or spicy tenders..... then I asked for corporate's number so I can get my money back because I made my order on the app, the managers can't even give me a number to call. pathetic managers is what I call that. can't even give your customers a number to corporate. pathetic and competent and lazy is what you people are. worst Popeyes. The food is usually cold and half the time you have to repeat your order 15 times because you can hear them goofing off in the background and then they ask you to repeat it.
The order is usually incorrect DESPITE repeating it multiple times and you’re always missing something.
I don’t blame the workers, they just have a poor management staff.
It’s worth the drive to go to PSL.
