The restaurant was unprepared. I waited 10 minutes for my food, and my order was still incorrect. I ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito with no jalapeño sauce, grilled, and with a bean substitution. They claimed they didn’t have the beans, yet my order came with chicken and beans. The burrito was also not grilled.
I also ordered a spicy potato burrito, which was not grilled and had shredded cheese I specifically requested to be removed. The restroom had no toilet paper or hand-drying options. The only positive was the kiosk, which let me order without interacting with staff.

The laziest people on planet Earth work at the Belle Glade Taco Bell. Just went through the drive through at 6:00pm on a Saturday and was told they are closed. Even though there are workers there getting paid they are not serving food.

Belle Glade FL Taco Bell is the best. Their food is always amazing! The staff are so sweet
my boyfriend made an online order here about an hour ago. he went through the drive thru to pick up our food. he arrived at the speaker and was told “you can’t get your food.” and so he sat there and said “ok.” he was then told “pull up to the window, it’s hot in here.” so he pulled up to the window and they asked “what was the name again.” then they closed the window and the MANAGER said “pull”. instead of saying, “please pull up to the said parking spot while we prepare your food”. so my boyfriend pulled up to the parking space and waited. he waited for about 10-15 minutes even though he made our online order almost 45 min before this. the order should’ve already been made. our food was cold. they almost forgot our drink. some of the tacos were NOT made right. the workers here are very unprofessional. including the manager.

The employees are great, the manager is a bit rude and the employees were apologizing for the way she (the manager) acted toward me. It's strange because a lot of times, it's usually the manager apologizing for how bad the employees act.....
In addition to that, it was about 11:45pm with NOBODY ELSE IN THE DRIVE-THRU, and I forgot to order a chalupa. I told her as soon as I got to the window and asked to add the chalupa. The manager screamed "NO. WE CAN'T ADD ANYTHING AT THE WINDOW...... YOU HAVE TO DRIVE AROUND AND ORDER AT THE SPEAKER...." Even though they're not corporate and just a franchisee, corporate needs to come in and get them together.. ... I used to manage the very first KFC/Taco Bell in Clayton, NC. I know their policies and SOPs. GET IT TOGETHER HEFFA
Parking: Free parking and they're NEVER busy, so you're good to park anywhere.
