Don't waste your time or money on that new Southern Fried Shrimp. That shrimp is small, bad tasting and even that wonder sauce can't hide it. I keep on thinking fast food is going to thrill me, the thrill is gone only the price goes up !

Stop by just for a little evening food. Service was really good, and the food was good too. Bathroom was clean. It was a little late when we got there and employees greeted us with a smile. I didnotice a little trash on the outside, and a little bit of toilet paper on the floor in the bathroom. Other than that it was good.

This location OFTEN shorts my order items in drive thru and won't later make it right even when you discuss the problem in person. Also salad quality is often poor. It is wilted leaves.

I can’t believe that this restaurant is giving a tablespoon of sauce for 4 chicken fingers and expect you to pay more for extra now. This is the worst. The manager says that they are cupped properly than before when they filled the cup to the top with the sweet and spicy sauce but I will not pay and extra 50 cent for another table spoon of sauce. 1 tablespoon of sauce for a 4 finger chicken plate. Horrible. That’s not a proper amount for 4 chicken fingers. I barely got through 2 fingers and that’s rationing the sauce. This company needs to do better. I needed to leave a picture and there is no option.

Never had any issues at any Zaxby's however, on 12/11 around 6:40 pm visited this Zaxby's in Bellview and my evening became a nightmare. First waited about 15 minutes in the drive thru. Finally got to order paid and was provided my drink was told to pull up to the side door. Patiently waited for my meal after waiting for 20 minutes walked inside and when I questioned the young lady about my meal she looked at me as if I was an alien no clue at all what I was talking about. Interesting enough she was the one that took my payment. She then went to another young lady who comes by and was rude as hell. She asked where is your receipt. No receipt given I advised her. Without even asking or apologizing for what had just happened she just proceeded to cash register and refunded me with no apologies no empathy nothing. Guess my 24 dollar purchase was nothing to her. I will certainly suggest for management to screen employees better. And better customer service training is needed. Apologizing and having empathy would have gone a long way. I certainly understand that there are staff shortages but come on be considerate with everyone time. Will recommend not visiting this facility all together.
