Don't waste your time or money on that new Southern Fried Shrimp. That shrimp is small, bad tasting and even that wonder sauce can't hide it. I keep on thinking fast food is going to thrill me, the thrill is gone only the price goes up !

Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has great consistency and is normally pretty good, never really getting orders wrong and always being friendly. The food is good. The zesty salad and house salad were highlights. However, there are some issues. The Loaded Ranch Fries lately have dry fries, chicken and melted cheese with the ranch as a tiny little packet on the side, which is very unhappy. The restaurant was not clean, with dirty tables and garage cans all over full. At the drive thru, a window would not roll down, and the employee would not reach farther to hand the food through the window. Some employees, like Christian S and a sweet girl named Lani, did amazing jobs taking orders.
