Stopped in a little after lunch the other day got spicy chicken combo meal.. chicken was so dry and cold couldn't even eat it fries were hot but they were soggy like they hadn't been cooked all the way the old lady got a Baconator cheese fry and let's just say it was just a cheese fry maybe three pieces of little crumbled bacon Maybe so I don't know what was going on that day but they sure did not have their stuff together... and maybe try to invest in a new mop because the it...read full review
Pretty sure they are frying meat in advance and putting it in buns later, when customers place their orders. I don't care how understaffed you are; ideas like this will just kill the restaurant's business.I never had a lukewarm, dry Wendy's burger until today. The slogan used to be "hot 'n' juicy." Not this Wendy's. Cool and dry.The place is cleaner than it used to be, and the staff looks new. They seem to be trying really hard. Went for lunch today and they were awesome through the drive thru. They were out of kids toys for the happy meal so the manager put the kids choice of cookie for a treat. Super nice and everything was in the bags and hot and fresh.
