We have heard so many great things about this place and well we had to try it for ourselves. Needless to say they did not disappoint. Everything we tried was excellent. Ribs were fall of the bone tender with just the right amount of smoke and seasoning, the chicken was juicy and flavorful. Mac and cheese, coleslaw, everything was delicious. I will recommend Pops to everyone looking for a great place with very reasonable prices.

This is a food truck set back from US 1–not a regular restaurant. There are picnic tables for seating. Food was very good! We had pulled pork sandwiches, one with beans for the side and one with slaw. There are several sauces to choose from including sweet, hot, tangy, and spicy. Portions were generous and the meat was lean, well cooked, and properly shredded. (Don’t like my pulled pork in huge chunks.)

Great food! My husband and I ordered the combo plate with the pulled pork, 1/4 of a chicken, mac and cheese, and baked beans. Everything was delicious! We got an extra side of potato salad and that was a hit as well.Between the sauces, food, and friendly service, this place is a 10/10. Thank you!

Road side food truck with picnic tables and awesome BBQ! Brisket, chicken, pork. amazing variety of BBQ sauces too, all taste homemade. My favorite thing was my son’s brisket over Mac n cheese! Killer Cole slaw too.
WOW! This place is FANTASTIC. I couldn’t wait to write this review. I wanted to lick the plate clean after I was done and ask them to bring this food truck up to PA so I could have it in my life forever. We got the Rib plate with potato salad and bbq baked beans and it all was to die for. Was indecisive when choosing sauces so I got a few but the tangy gold was by far the best! Do NOT miss out on this absolute gem!

We have eaten here a couple times and the food is just amazing! Everything we have tried is perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The meat is the best I’ve had. It’s perfectly cooked, juicy, and excellent flavor without any sauce. We are a family of 5 and can all eat our fill plus have leftovers on 2 lbs of the pulled pork and a couple sides for around $65 which is very affordable for so much food!! Highly recommend!

We lived in Texas for 14 years and got spoiled by the variety of bbq. I missed it here. We bought ribs from Pop’s for two couples. They were the best ribs I have ever eaten! Previously we had lunch there. The pulled pork sandwiches were huge and the best pulled pork you could inagine! I will be a frequent diner here!!!! I liked the Memphis sweet sauce the most. I was also impressed with the brisket sample I tried.
