Great food and friendly staff!
Tried Pop’s Smoke Shed for the first time today as they were posted up next to the Bronson barbershop and lord we did not expect what we received! Usually with food trucks you get mediocre small Togo boxes of food. The Togo boxes from Pop’s were packed full almost overflowing with such mouthwatering BBQ, my husband is one of the pickets BBQ people you’d ever meet he hardly eats it he’s so picky about it but he couldn’t stop raving over his meal. Based on reviews, Pop's Smoke Shed is a hidden gem in Big Pine. The food is beyond delicious and absolutely amazing. The best rack of ribs, the brisket just melts in your mouth, and the Brisket Burger is recommended. For dessert, try the key lime pie or the reeses pie. The BBQ itself completely stole the show. The staff is super friendly and always smiling, and wait time is minimal. The food trucks are just as good. It is a pet friendly spot with a nice variety of BBQ sauces. The food and service are five star.
