I was working on Boca for disaster clean up. This is one of the few places on the island you can get coffee because mostly everything was shit down. I ordered the triple espresso and it's 'meh' on the taste and very small and over priced. The espresso is warm even though they make it on the spot. On my last visit I paid about $8 for 2 cups of ice and a triple espresso. The cups of ice were barely half full even though I was paying for 2 cups of ice. My first 2 visits a middle aged lady took my order and she was super nice and friendly. However, on my last visit I was checked out by a younger girl maybe 19-20 yrs old and she was a bit snobby. I know I'm definitely not the usual customer from Boca Grande...I walked in with construction boots and a neon vest but I felt out of place by the I was treated, which had not occurred on my prior visits.

We walked into the store and we started to look at the toys on the wall. We heard them laughing at us and making rude comments. We started to order and they said they were about to close. We said sorry as we didn’t know they were about to close. When they suggested we go to another place we thought was close from the hurricane and they had had attitude with us. They were so rude to us and we just had to leave because we didn’t feel as though we were welcome there.

Great little spot for coffee, pastries, açaí bowls, & smoothies. This little cafe also features local artisans, selling unique goods. Service was great - the male barista who served us was so attentive & kind, as well as able to recommend various items upon request. Their iced/cold brew coffee was delicious with the perfect amount of ice. The açaí bowl was also delicious with fresh fruit including raspberries! Highly recommend for a coffee & a healthy & quick snack or bite to eat.
