“I come here often for iced lattes and sometimes a snack. The coffee is consistently good. And the açaí bowl has plenty of options to make it your own. I think the coffee is reasonably priced considering it’s on island”

“I was on Gasparilla Island to show my watercolor paintings at the Art On Park Avenue fine art show. My husband stopped over at the Tortuga Mexican Street Cuisine for lunch. He returned to the show with a steak bowl and two tamales (one chicken and one pork). He requested both the mild (green) and hot (red) sauces for the food. Everything was AMAZING! the sauces had just the right amount of Zing for their heat levels and both added a nice and unique flavor to each food item. We will definitely return to the Tortuga!”

“We had reservations so no wait.Our server Melissa D. did a wonderful job describing the dishes and providing recommendations. We had the Veal Piccata and Grouper dishes along with Caesar salads absolutely gorgeous and delicious. Always a favorite for our group.”

“After a long day of driving, this place was exactly what we needed. The ambiance is relaxing and welcoming, with all staff smiling. Jody, our server, was attentive and pleasant. I had the Caesar salad with seared tuna, and it was superb (photo). My wife had the "small" shrimp and grits, and it was tasty as well as a generous portion. We shared the mango key lime pie, which was delicious. Sometimes you just get lucky; tonight was one of those times.”

“We loved South beach Grille. The food was great. The pasta is sneaky good and I had USDA Choice Cheeseburger that we was fantastic. The view is outstanding as the only restaurant on Boca Grande on the beach. great atmosphere for beach dining.”

“Restaurant setting gets a 5, food gets a 3, which equals a 4 overall. Really nice marina setting in Bokelia. The venue is small but has a nice vibe, views, and service. The food was another story. Two of us had grouper sandwiches, and two of us had grouper platters (no bun). The sandwiches were (reportedly) OK, but the platters were not. The grouper in the platters was like small dried-out dollar pancakes. It's very disappointing for a restaurant chain that has been a mainstay in the area for many years. The operation on McGregor is not like this one. (food-wise).”

“First time at Isabella’s and won’t be the last. Cozy, quiet little Italian gem in a strip mall just past Rotonda. As other reviews stated, the only downside (if you can even call it that) is that for a party of two, they give you two pieces of bread….BUT, they quickly offer to replenish bread and the dipping oil was great! Everything we had, from starter, to salad / soup, entrees (BIG portions, we brought home half of each!) and we split a Limoncello flute for dessert. And, the best part, our server, Antonella, was just the best - friendly, cheerful, attentive and couldn’t have asked for more! Looking forward to our next visit there!”

“We used Rotonda Hills Restaurant for our organization's annual gala, seating 115 guests. The staff was gracious, hospitable, friendly, and helpful from planning through finish, and, most of all, worked quickly and efficiently to serve our guests. The meal was excellent. Highly recommend the carrot cake as dessert.. Will plan to return. Highly recommend.”

“It is a fine outdoor tropical setting with exceptional staff that are helpful but not hovering. The kitchen creates great food. The beach is the standard fantastic Florida beach. There are umbrellas with lounge chairs provided and towels as well. All one needs to bring is themselves and swimming clothes.”
