I have a disability and was chased down by old white lady and told that my dog doesn’t look like a service dog. He’s an Australian shepherd one of the smartest known dogs. I had a Brian injury a stutter and seizures. She embarrassed me in front of entire restaurant and asked my entire medical history. I would never support horrible people that don’t know compassion for people who are lucky to have animals to keep them Alive.

We drove 39 minutes to get here. The welcoming was cold. The man who welcomed us said that we could not bring our own water bottles (I had a Pellegrino bottle in my hand), so my husband took the bottle to the car. We sat and felt so uncomfortable that we decided to leave. It’s like a high end restaurant but the information online presented a more reasonable place and happy vibe.
We politely said goodbye and left. Even an order similar to fish and chips is about $30-$32 dollars. After paying $6 dollars to cross the bridge and the drive to get here we would not recommend this place. We were disappointed with the atmosphere but we cannot speak about the food since we didn’t eat here. For me the atmosphere must match the food flavors.
I hope by reading this review the restaurant will improve their customer service and how they welcome all.

Host/ Owner named Bart was mean and rude before we ever said a thing ! I’ve never experienced such a reception. He was arguing loudly with another patron and he kicked them out ! My young guests were shocked and uncomfortable with this and we left after sitting at our table for at least 10 minutes before any wait staff came over . We never had any staff acknowledge us. We usually love this place . Not sure what is going on. All I can say is “ wow”

Ate there twice this month. First time was fantastic. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. I had the seafood strudel which I raved about. We went again the second time. Terrible service. Sat there for at least 15 minutes and had to ask to get a waitress. Ordered the seafood strudel again and this time it was terrible. The cheese sauce was like they threw a piece of slice of Kraft cheese on top. It was not a rich creamy sauce as before. We did not see the waitress again. After we finish eating, we sat for another 15 minutes. Had to get up ti find her to ask for our bill. She acted like we were bothering her.

Parking: Can get limited parking during busy hours. Usually can find a spot in the lot next door.

It was ok, food was decent but a bit pricey for the portions. Had to pay to park at the beach parking next door since they had their lot coned off even though there were spaces available. Views were good and service was ok but honestly not worth the 2 hour drive plus 6 buck CASH ONLY bridge fee and the 3 buck "pay by QR code" on top of an 80 dollar bill for moderate food and 1 drink each for 2 people. May try again if in the area but not making a special trip to try it again.
Parking: If the restaurant lot is full or blocked off there is a county beach pay lot next door also with limited spaces
Well a group of us, 7 people went on a motorcycle ride to Boca Grande. We had 5 bikes We were directed to go the south beach bar from a local so we did. Parking was a nightmare, but they had an attendant there directing parking. After following the directions of the attendant we all parked. After ordering a man came up and to out table and told me I had to move my bike, it was in a hash marked area near the handicap parking which was where I was told to park. I am also handicaped and have a valid H/C plate on the trike I ride. I was not blocking the other car there and their doors could easily oped fully. Like I want door dings on a 45K bike. I tried to explain and he started getting mad at me for trying to explain that was where their employee told me to park. Actually he was getting pissed. So I went out and moved it. I figured he was the manager so be it. Opon cashing out we talked to our server and asked if he was the manager. Guess what, NOT. He's just the bartender, I guess he wasn't busy enough at the bar so he wanted to bully me around. Anyway, I won't be back there. But the food was good and as other reviews state it is over priced, I am a local from Ft Myers Beach so I don't care too much about the view. Our server was top notch not a complaint there. Took good care of us.

Dinner took for ever, my shrimp ice cold. Buddys shrimp ice cold. Then food poisoning two days of bathroom issues pain and just not well. Do not eat here. The funny thing to is the owner or manager hasn’t even reached out to say we apologize or anything the attitude of this place is terrible

The host/ manager was beyond rude. I asked if we could change tables to one on beach front and sunny. He came by later and called me a “bully” and a “liar” that waitress said ok. Than confronted me walking out again I was a liar. Very upsetting what could have been best day ever. Especially after spending $100+
