Our first visit. Charlie our server was wonderful, knowledgeable, attentive with a great sense of humor. Food excellent as was the bus staff. Certainly coming back.
Two of us had exceptional dinners. Shrimp cocktail was outstanding as were oysters Rockefeller. Steaks were great. Sides were all terrific. Veal chop was overcooked but the manager helped us out with that. Overall, a very fine restaurant.
Our waiter was Bradford. Did an excellent job. Got us exactly what we needed. Great food. Great drinks just a tad bit pricey but excellent food.
Always a treat to have lunch at Abe and Louis'. We went for a special occasion because it is on the very pricey side. Their fillet mignon BLT is absolutely delicious. The service is outstanding, as you would expect. The atmosphere is perfect. Makes for a lovely special lunch.
Abe and Louie's never disappoints! Manuel did they have great steaks but their burgers are the best in town and they have amazing seafood. We actually eat more seafood at A&L then we do steak. Great for business lunch!
Food was cold and was sent back. Our server seemed surprised. However it was corrected .. should have never happened
I've eaten at Abe & Louie's several times in the past few years and loved every visit but this Thanksgiving meal was a shocking disappointment. The turkey was dry. I mean DRY. In previous years, it had been nice and moist. It was delivered to the table without the cranberry relish. The stuffing obviously came from the bottom of the pan. When I turned a piece over I could see where it had been burned so badly I couldn't even cut it with my steak knife - it was that tough! I had ordered the warm apple crisp for dessert. The “scoop” of ice cream was the smallest serving I had ever seen. To compound the matter, there were few apple slices in the serving and those that did make an appearance were not sweet. On the positive side, the lobster bisque was good. Frankly I was amazed. For the past couple of years, I had always booked Abe & Louie's a couple months in advance in eager anticipation of their Thanksgiving meal. Sorrowfully, I'm going to have to rethink that for 2026.
My mom and I had a wonderful experience for our Thanksgiving meal ,we had the special Thanksgiving dinner and it was , I must say one of the best dinners of Thanksgiving that I ever had out in a restaurant. This was my first time at your establishment and I have to say five stars for sure as the overall ambience was extremely nice I will definitely come back again and I definitely recommend this restaurant it was nice and classy coming from New York , I have to say that it was one of the better restaurants that I was ever in , in Boca..
We went last year for thanksgiving and it was a nice experience so we decided to go back this year lol never ever again step foot in that place food sucked manager sucked my thanksgiving was ruined Food was cold and not edible horrible don't go run
Worst Thanksgiving dinner ever! The food, every single part of the meal was served cold. The turkey and main plate looked and tasted like it had been set up for serving hours earlier. The turkey was dried out and tasteless. We are frequent patrons of this restaurant and we were shocked at the lack of quality of the food that was served. No one was obviously watching the kitchen or the service. Shame on you. It was the worst Thanksgiving dinner we ever had!!

Our 53rd wedding anniversary dinner was everything we expected. Thanks to our waiter Bradley for making it extra special.
We were a party of four, celebrating a birthday. Everything we ordered was prepared perfectly, and everything was delicious.
We came to Abe & Louie's in Boca Raton to celebrate our anniversary and had a lovely evening overall. The service was excellent — Charlie and the rest of the team were attentive and friendly, making us feel welcomed and well cared for. My salmon was outstanding — perfectly cooked and full of flavor — and the sides, especially the potatoes and macaroni, were delicious. Unfortunately, the $69 12-ounce filet mignon was a disappointment. It was cooked to the right temperature (still pink inside) but was quite dry, which really took away from the experience — especially given how many great steakhouse options there are in the area. The ambiance was nice, but the booth we were seated in was very tight, making it difficult to fit our drinks, bread, and plates comfortably. We might return for the salmon and great service, but the dryness of the steak and cramped seating left us a bit underwhelmed for the price point.
Our dinner was fantastic per usual! Steaks cooked perfect and soup/ sides piping hot. Our server was abrasive, not very friendly and did not seem to want to wait on us due to us being unhappy with our table. We were placed in a booth but mentioned we would rather have a table. She said “did you make a reservation for a table?” I said no, I didn't realize I needed to. She then said that all of the tables in the restaurant had reservations and that we would not be able to move. She then came back a few minutes later and said that if we wanted a table - we could have one, but we had to decide right now because there would be someone coming to sit in it in 15 minutes. In an otherwise empty restaurant, we found this very bizarre especially because the restaurant did not fill for another 45 minutes. Her tone and attitude after this going forward was not the service that we are accustomed to when visiting Abe and Louie. Our server assistant (who helped clear our table and kept our water full) was curtious, friendly and very attentive ! Thank you to him!!!
Usually excellent, but poor experience last night. To start, Floor under table was disgusting. A child seat must have been at the table prior to our seating and it wasn't cleaned properly. Overall Service was extra slow and attention level low. For example, No bread service to start. Took at least 20-25 mins to get initial order in. Waitress got two of six steaks completely wrong, both temperature and forgot to add peppercorn crusting we asked for on those two. Take the good with the bad but It was an Off night for Abe for sure
