Always an excellent experience at Abe & Louie's! Great service (Tom is the best!), food, and atmosphere.
I have never had a bad experience here in almost 20 years of frequenting this "GEM" of a restaurant. Keep up the good work.
Birthday night celebration was such fun, we had a beautiful, romantic evening. The food and service were wonderful. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Thanks to the entire staff, chef and all.
Our waiter, Charlie, was a real delight. We eat here a couple of times a week but Charlie gave us the best service.
Class Act old fashioned steak house starting with free valet parking, fashionable dressed friendly hostesses', attentive knowledgeable waiters and back up staff. The steaks ordered were cooked perfectly, tender and extremely flavorful. Xtra large sides. Expensive , yes , but well worth it. Clean kitchen and restrooms.
The food was good but nothing exceptional for the price. The filet mignon was tender but a little dry, the Diane sauce was very good. The service was good but the atmosphere was very noisy.
Abe & Louies is a fantastic old school steakhouse and they really do it right! I've been here several times and it's always fantastic, great for special occasions and absolutely perfect every time!
Always enjoy the upscale luncheon experience, especilly when Ron is our waiter. My filet was done to perfection and my guest enjoyed the lobster roll. Ron's attentive service makes a big difference!!
My husband and I have dined at Abe & Louis's a few times with the last being in 2021 when we hosted a luncheon for ten and it was superb. Sadly, that was not the case last night, April 27, 2025. Brianna was our server and she truly did everything to make it a wonderful experience except cleaning breadcrumbs from the table. Perhaps that's not done anymore. The kitchen was having a challenging night: our Mediterranean salad was drowned in salad dressing with wilted Romaine. Brianna had it removed from our bill. The baked potato was burnt on the outside. The roasted asparagus was over roasted. The steak and bernaise were perfect. The restaurant was not busy. If I recall correctly, there were three employees at the reservation area: two women and one man. Now, I have never managed a restaurant nor of the caliber and expense of Abe & Louie's, but shouldn't one of those three strolled the restaurant inquiring about “the evening”, “the experience”? 🤷🏻♀️ Abe & Louie's is a top tier establishment with corresponding prices. Should not the experience be top-tier, top-notch as well? I'm a huge fan of Judge Judy and one of her well-known lines is “you ate the steak now pay for it”! We gladly paid and generously tipped. Will we ever return ? Doubtful. Sad, but true.
My family and I visited this restaurant on a Sunday night. The place was a ghost town. Our server was wonderful. The food not so much. My daughter and I had the 12 ounce filet, it was dry. For the amount of money they charge, the food should be outstanding. It used to be better, not sure what happened.

We had a nice time, however 3 of the 4 of us that dined got sick with terrible stomach aches immediately after leaving or the next morning.
Great experience. Food was delicious and service outstanding. Baked Alaska was outrageous. We enjoyed our meal very much and can't wait to return.
I am a regular guest of Abe & Louie's, but this past visit was exceptional enough to make note. Whenever we dine at Abe & Louie's we usually get steaks, but this time our server suggested that we try the veal parmesan. This would not be something that we would normally order in this type of restaurant, but we decided to give it a go. When dinner arrived at our table we were shocked at the portion size of the veal parmesan. The veal parmesan was a huge piece of bone in- veal, pounded out thin and cooked to golden brown with a generous helping of homemade sauce and mozzarella cheese. This dish was tender and juicy and cooked to perfection. We have always had delicious meals when we dine here, so we weren't shocked that this dish was cooked so well, but being more of a traditional steakhouse we weren't prepared to have a veal parmesan that rivaled ones that we have had from our favorite Italian restaurants. Of course, one of us still had to get our tried and true steak dinner and it lived up to the usual Abe & Louie's standard. The sides were all fantastic, but the creamed corn was definitely the hit for the table. Even though we were all stuffed, we couldn't leave without some of their signature butterscotch bread pudding. Another fantastic experience at Abe & Louie's. This place really knows how to deliver a top notch experience. We will be back again soon!
Been awhile since last dined at Abe & Louie’s but now remember why I used to dine here. Great food and great service.
Abe & Louie's is an outstanding restaurant. This is our new favorite restaurant in the Boca area. From the moment we entered until the time we left, it was a step back in time to when old school kindness, atmosphere, and service were still important. The food was phenomenal, the service from Michael was top notch, and the staff was truly happy to be there. New York strip, filet mignon, the best French onion soup, baked Alaska, and the hot cookie dessert were all amazing. 10 out of 10 from tough to please foodies.
