Based on the reviews, Crumbl prepares orders really fast, often within minutes. The staff is polite, friendly, and amazing. One staff member was very polite and professional with a rude customer. The store is always super clean and smells so good. The cookies are always so fresh. If ordering often, the app and rewards are recommended for a free cookie. Delivery has store fees and a tip, but no fees may apply for in-person pickup. One order was missing a cookie, so the customer received 3 minis of Choco chips, which were so good. Customer service is the best. Parking is easy.
