Great service
Had pretzel bites from the kiosk. OK, but not that fresh. If i could have a sample I wouldn't have purchased anything. What a shame, they used to be so good. Service was OK and met what I would consider minimal standards

Auntie Anne's offers delicious pretzels, with many customers loving their signature almond caramel dipping sauce. However, some have had less than stellar experiences. One customer was disappointed to find out the dipping sauce was unavailable, while another was refused a cup of ice water due to quality concerns. Despite the tasty pretzels and great service, a customer was put off by finding a long strand of hair in their pretzel nuggets. The atmosphere changed drastically after this discovery, although they still gave a 3-star rating. While the pretzels are flavorful and the service is good, the high price of $7.99 for pretzel nuggets may not be worth it to some.
