Pretzels are good but after buying 2 orders of pretzels and a frozen drink they wouldn’t give a cup of ice water. I can’t understand how that isn’t customary for a paying customer. The kid at the register stated the water had black stuff and that’s why it wasn’t allowed. Isn’t that water used to make pretzels?

I haven’t had Auntie Anne’s in a very long time. I was so excited to have the BOGO in the rewards app so I can share the pretzel nuggets with my family. So much so that I took a picture after getting them to send to family! We finished the cinnamon sugar pretzels, and halfway through the salty pretzels the atmosphere changed greatly upon discovery of a very long strand of hair entangled in a pretzel nugget. Flavor wise, the pretzels were so delicious and service was also great hence my 3-star rating. However, I’m very grossed out by the long strand of hair discovery as it’s unsanitary and proper precautions should be taken by staff to prevent this from happening. Also $7.99 for one cup of pretzel nuggets is a lot of money imo for a snack item.

The pretzels are good. But just the way they operate, gives them 0 stars. First, don’t advertise pretzels if you don’t sell them. Telling people we really don’t sell many pretzels and they are made to order and take a while. That sounds like bait n switch. Because you are basically advertising $6 pretzels and selling me $8 nuggets. It’s bad.And silverware. Then you sell me a product that requires a fork and tell me to take one from another store. That’s sketchy.Bad company. Management should be evaluated. Good pretzels.

Waited 10 minutes for a ordinary soft pretzel and they gave me sour cream and onion. I settled for pretzel nuggets but how the f*** do you screw up on a plain pretzel?

They didn't have any full size pretzels and refused to make them saying they were told only to make them upon order. All fine with that I suppose I get the intention. Asked to return in 5-7 minutes, we did. They forgot to make the order along with several others ordered in that timeframe. Asked to return in 7-10 minutes. Came back 5 minutes later and they gave our order to someone else even though the other guests were telling them it was the wrong person. Instead the lady yelled at the guests telling them this random person was me and would get the first order. A different cashier arrived in this time and proceeded to scold me for staying by the counter. Saying I should come back to get the order. Fat chance girlfriend, not letting yet another mishap occur, clearly it's a trend here. Original cashier did not apologize, only made excuses. Ultimately a 30 minute wait for something that should have been a quick stop. She gave us 2 pretzels in an attempt to make up for it. If we return, I'd prefer to get what we actually ordered in a timely manner, with less attitude.
Whether it's a plain pretzel ?, or mini pretzels ?, pretzel mini dogs (pretzel style mini hot dogs), lemonade ?- whatever your fancy pretzel wise, you will get it at Auntie Anne's pretzels!!!!

Whenever you go to the mall you have to stop for pretzels. Did you even go to the mall if you didn't?! This is a nice location because it's not too deep into the food court so it's great just to pass by and pick up what you want. We got 2 orders of the pretzel bites with lemonade. The lemonade was super super sweet. I was not prepared for that-- but it was still good. I got the plain pretzel and my fiancé got the almond ones. Both were super good especially with the dipping cheese. Can't go wrong. Overall good pretzels in a great location. Would recommend if you are in boca town center mall and just want a quick bite-- this would be perfect for you.
