We have been coming here for years. We appreciate the breakfast special, as well as lunch, salads etc. Best Rye Bread.
We tip according to what the breakfast would cost. Most often for breakfast we tip $5.00
Today first time the waitress/server kept the change from total. It’s me, but I find that rude. Therefore, she didn’t get a $5., tip

Service rated 4 not 5 because most of the time the staff are doing the job but they're not happy.
The food has consistently gone down hill. Recently got some everything bagels. If everything means tiny specs of things, then yes these are everything.
I didn't complain the last few times giving them time and the benefit of the doubt.
What really put me off and drove me to this review is the $1 upcharge for a flagel....
